They finally waited on me after waiting for 15 minutes… the obviously important call she was on with her boyfriend..she finally asked what I wanted. After I told her, she began to complain about having to work so much..her back hurt..she was working too much, etc.

They are always patient and generous with us. We order in bulk at times, and they always try to accommodate our specific orders. They get overrun quickly, and later in the evening they tend to run out of certain things due to the popularity, but they are just that good. Always a pleasure.

They never and I literally mean never. Have all the correct bread in stock for my orders. It’s happened at least 6 times now. They will run out of bread over 2 hours before closing every single time. So clearly someone’s not doing what they’re supposed to. Probably waiting to proof bread until they’re completely out as opposed to prepping as they get low if I had to guess. They never have the courtesy to call ahead and tell me “hey we are out X for your order” instead I drive all the way up there to pick it up and they tell me as I’m checking out. Idk honestly it’s just so frustrating because most of the issues I have with this place really seem to boil down to avoidable issues that are definitely do to someone’s intentional/unintentional laziness.

I’m scared to get another sandwich from here. The employees don’t take sanitary precautions when preparing food. I noticed they will handle money then turn around and prepare food with the same gloves!! That’s not okay. Plus there is always flies or gnats swarming around behind the glass partition where the ingredients are. I let it slide one time, but never again.

The food here is always so great! can go wrong with a Sandwitch I especially like the white chocolate chip cookies their always made fresh. love the atmosphere and also how nice and friendly the employees are. I also like the fact that this particular restaurant is located inside a gas station where i can fill up my gas and get a hot fresh brewed cup of coffee while i wait for my order. love you guys
