My friend bought a sub for us to share for breakfast this AM and there is literally a piece of plastic in it. We were not given a receipt. And we expect a full refund since “there’s no manager coming in today so we have to wait until tomorrow to deal with it.” You can bet we are coming tomorrow and receipt or not you better be prepared to make this right because we WILL NOT eat this.

The staff was nice but the food seemed like it was all prepped the day before and the bread was hard. It was not bad but it was over priced for sure . Subway used to be a place you could get lunch are a good price but that time seems to have come and gone

This is actually our favorite Subway in our area. Sarah, the manager is a very nice person and her associate Octavia made our sandwiches just like we wanted. We will definitely go back inside, I also love my Subway app which I do use quite often. My husband goes by Captain Bob now and one day in the future he will become an All*star⭐

The main female, she was telling everyone else what to do, is SO freaking rude (young, longish brown hair in a braid) and then they rang me up for 3 completely different subs than I got, resulting in my order being way more than it should. Even with receipt in hand-they refused to make almost $10 right!! These girls are straight ripping people off. I got 2 meatball subs and a reg roast beef. I got charged for 2 boss subs, double meat w/ pepperoni and a All pro SOT chicken, and was charged over $40!!

My mom and I stopped in after she had cataract surgery today, and the young lady who served us was totally delightful. I really enjoyed chatting with her, and she was engaging and very polite. Her smile illuminated the entire plaza, and I will miss getting to see it, as I don’t live anywhere near this store.
As for the meal, the sandwiches she made us were very delicious.
I hope she does well in life, and I feel certain that she will.
I had an incredible experience here that I will treasure for a long time!

My boyfriend and I mobile ordered our lunch, since he gets off work at 1230 and I have lunch break starting at 1230. He placed the order at 12:15 for pick up at 12:30. I got to subway at 12:45 and food still was not ready. Bf asked about it, and they said it was in progress. It is 1:15 and one of the workers comes up and tells us she gave our order to someone else, to please wait after the customers in line and she will get to ours. There are 6 people in line. I have to leave to go back to work. Will never come back to this subway again. In the food industry, the order of importance is pickup/mobile order, drive through, then in person. I never ever come to this subway again or recommend it to anyone.

I will never go there again! Went in to get my mom’s sub and they put like 20 olives and said that with the max! I told them to keep it! Never ever go there!!!! They don’t even have cucumbers!!!!!!

The worst sub I have ever gotten from there. The bread was so hard my dog could not eat it. Waste of money. Whoever was working on 6/30 9:49 am shame on you for serving this garbage.
