I ordered a sandwich from delivery earlier today for my sister and I one turkey one roast beef, both sandwiches came with bacon and salami both pork options we cannot eat due to dietary restrictions. I called the store twice with no answer, so I walked to the store where the two workers responded with laughter , I then told them both that I hade taken a bite and they both continued to laugh in my face. I understand that it could have been out of awkwardness but I didn’t appreciate that at all. I wouldn’t make a complaint if this situation was handled in a better way.

This salad I got is more slop than anything. Too much dressing and too much chopping made into into absolute mush. Add the tuna into it and it’s nothing but slop. I like to digest my food myself, not have it mechanically digested before I eat it. Need some instruction for this staff in how to correctly make a salad: less dressing and less chopping.

This place is horrible, from now on I will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to other location. The attitude, death glares and eye rolls you get from the arrogant college kids isn’t worth it. Your supposed to pick what veggies you want and they act as it’s an inconvenience to put heavy pickle on a sub.. The management here needs to step up and change it’s atmosphere before they end up being just another shop that got closed. As I sit here and eat it’s like the atmosphere will drain you.

Ok so I am disappointed in the coustmer service of this location the gentleman that took mine and my husbands order was rude and very short towards us. Really made the environment dislikable.
