While visiting Huddleston, we came to Food Lion plaza and were happy to see a Subway. I had to ask the staff to change their gloves as they were doing everything with the same gloves and then came to make my sandwich. The bread was super hard and clearly old. The tuna was blah. The cucumbers looked old they were dried up and yellowish in the center. Lots of the vegetables looked old. This location needs some attention

the owner is a complete jerk. I was a regular customer eating there at least 3 times a week. nearly all of his staff has left. Hmmm I wonder why? he’s losing another very soon. he needs to learn how to treat people. I’m no longer a customer.

Sat, June 28th. Shame on you Subway manager Moneta, VA for not better staffing your store. Lucky for you, the young lady that was there was kind and rockin’ it! But she sure could have used some support because she was busy as Hades. And don’t even get me started on the fact that there was only one person on staff for a summer Saturday and safety protocols. She made you look good and you need to do better.

Everytime I visit thia location, i usually get great service. During the most recent visit I made, the person making my sub put half of the normal serving size of toppings, only gave me one of the two cookies thats supposed to come with the meal, and just had an attitude overall. I will not be coming back while this person is working.

This was the worst experience. I would give zero stars if I could. I have three strikes, and you’re out of rule. The previous owner was very rude. The internet is always slow, and they refuse to update, so running a card payment takes forever. On two occasions, I was charged twice because the internet was running so slowly they ran my card twice. Now, they are under new management and continuously out of something, such as potato chips, bread, etc. I used my lunch break to drive down and do curbside to realize they were out of bread, and I was charged for a lunch I did not get. And to get reimbursed takes 5-7 business days, so I had to drive back to work with no lunch and no time or money to go anywhere else. Terrible business. Will Not Go Back!

I walk in to get 3 sandwiches and the ladies both have an attitude, When I ask to put cucumbers on the sandwich she gives me attitude saying we don’t have any because she “hasn’t had time to go in the back and cut them” but when I walked in they were both in the back just sitting there talking and the lady waited a few minutes before walking up to me and had an attitude the whole time. I’ve worked in restaurants before and there was no need to he disrespectful maybe this isn’t the job for them

I place an order on the Subway app on Sunday, April 4 for this location. The pick up time is as 6:10 PM. When I got there they were closed. The app and Google shows the closing time as 7:00 PM. I was very upset. I did get a call from this Subway on Monday that their hours had changed and to let them know if a change had shown up with my bank. That if it did they will refund my money. If you are going to this location or ordering from the app, call first because it seems that they now close at 6:00 PM on Sunday. I do not know about the rest of the times listed. I have never had a problem with this Subway before but what I have heard from others in the community that their closing times are different everyday.

I was ordering a large order and the girl was very rude. She looked at me and rolled her eyes and was very impatient. I would suggest the management of this particular Subway on 14807 Moneta Rd Suite F to coach their employees or get new ones. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE…. AND I got called “buddy”. That’s disrespectful considering all the employees were a lot younger than me.

According to website, hours were posted that they close at 9:00 pm, the business hours were updated from the business just 4 days ago. Yet, when you go to business at 8:05, they are closed. I understand staffing issues, however update your hours so that others know what time you are actually open. Sitting in their parking lot doing this review and 3 vehicles drove by looking at their hours!
