I’ve mobile ordered from this location 4 times. Each time being worse than the last. I’d like to give a thorough review of my experiences as a whole.

Customer Service:
This Subway has always had the best customer service. Everyone is always very kind and patient when you order inside.

Mobile app:
For the year 2021, I cannot for the life of me understand why the mobile app is so behind on the times. The options are limited and there’s no way to back out of the “LTO” option without restarting the entire order. *THIS LOCATION WOULD NOT REFUND OUR ORDER IN STORE. They said we needed to contact the 800 number. Only to be told they are supposed to give the refund in store. We ended up just letting it go with a lesson learned.

The quality:
As I said, each order is more horrible than the last.
I genuinely understand that during a rush things can be forgotten or switched when placing multiple orders (I’ve never ordered more than 2 subs at a time). But 4… FOUR times my orders have been completely wrong. You’ll be lucky enough to get the right protein on your sandwich. Forget about toppings. The sauces? You’ll get what you get. They severely skimp on every item they put on your sandwich.

*Note: I speak solely on mobile ordering. In store is a different experience. You have the option to ask for more or less of something with little or no kick back from the employees.

To the Franchise Owner:
If things have changed with the company to this degree to save costs, I genuinely feel bad. Skimping your customers on your “filler” products (lettuce, onions, pickles, etc) to turn a profit is sad. With mobile ordering, train your employees to pretend the customer is right in front of them or better yet, train them to make something they are proud to serve and what they would like to see. They are sandwich artists, after all.

Actually paid more for food than other Subways but I did a 1.5 hour drive to my farm and same time return and did not want to dine in anywhere. It was food, I was hungry. Irony is this used to be a great Subway. Things change.

People will be quick to post negative reviews,rarely positive. I was pleased the last two times, I stopped in here( pretty late and near closing time) the young gentleman you have working for you , was AMAZING! He is always friendly, greets me, and willing to make my food! Its a nice change!!! Alot of employees these days wont even acknowledge you, let alone eager to work and just ” do their job” . Your whole experience can be different with just a ” Hello” and How was your day??
He is definitely a keeper ! Also, food was good,fresh, and place looked organized and clean.

I truly enjoyed my experience tonight both of the employees were very friendly and the service was faster than usual. I have had some bad experiences in the past and just kept my point of view to myself but after going tonight I want everyone to know that the 2 employees there tonight were amazing and hopefully will change the service when others are there working.

I placed an order for 4 sandwiches through the app. Three were supposed to be toasted, but none of them were toasted. Both my wife’s sandwich and mine were missing toppings that were ordered. I have never had any issues with this location when ordering in person. This was the first time I ordered using the app. I may not order through the app again for this location.

Subs were trash barely any meat after paying 17.00, bread taste old, , For once I would like to just get what I pay for,I’m not asking for extra, but don’t cheat me on the meat when as a customer I’m already paying for over priced food. And act like you care even if you don’t, so disappointed # treat your customers better….

So soggy due to the piled on mayo, the bread seemed old. It wasn’t even cut thoroughly or evenly. Usually subs are good, but these were terrible….had to throw them out after falling on the floor. Last time I order from here. I should get a full refund!

Came in at 9 pm line out the door. We were told people that placed order online is a priority ahead of people in line. A guy finally went to order and wants two cheese steaks she said that is a hard order to fill. The day time people are so much nicer and move quicker. Very disappointed.

Two foot longs. One toasted, one not. Both the breads ware dry and breaking apart. Subs weren’t very tasty, we even asked for extra mayo on one and extra red wine vinegar on the other and could barely taste it.

Ordered spinach wrap- I don’t think there was any spinach in it was pale and tasteless. Even gummy as if it was not cooked! Yuck to the max!
My husband tasted it he also said it tasted like raw dough.
