Subway at the Crossings in Hopewell was very clean and the sandwich bar was well kept, Morgan R. said he was the Sandwich Master, so I allowed him to create my sandwich according to what he thought I would like on it, he did an excellent job. We ordered off the mobile app. We get there they only bread they had available was wheat. We ordered Italian herbs and cheese. The male employee picked the bread up with his bare hands. My husband told him he didn’t want that bread he touched. The female you have to wear gloves. My husband asked for a refund. They replied that they didn’t know how to refund off the app. No manager was on site, which was what we were told.

Indian lady is extremely rude, wouldn’t smile or welcome you. Other employees when together they joke around and don’t get focus. Place is always clean and it’s a plus but I never eat there. Subs are mostly okay and donde correctly. They do well with coupons and understanding your order correctly. Salads sucks but that’s my personal preference. I only stop by either when buying groceries or after the dentist visit otherwise my go to store is in Prince George.
