It’s been a while since I went to Subway. Their menu has changed. I got a foot long steak which was #1 on the board. Got her to add lettuce, onions, tomatoes and mayo. The tomatoes were bland and cut so thin that I could see thru them and tasteless. They’re grown in a hot house under artificial light, not outside so the sun can ripen them. That’s why they don’t taste good. Same thing with the ones you buy at the store. Picked before ripe and left to ripen on their own. And she added so much mayo that I had to scoop half off before I could eat it. It was a sub. Nothing to write home about.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this store and the absolute last time I got a salad for almost 10$ it had 5 pieces of chicken and was not even filled half way it’s ridiculous that because I did a mobile order and was not standing over them they would be this sorry . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I can’t even get a refund all the numbers are out of service . Do better if I could give them negative stars I would

Service was a little slow, but that was okay because the server took the time to come out to my car to tell me she was shorthanded that day (I ordered online for curbside pickup). Subs were good as always.

I would offer a comment on service but there wasn’t any. Stood in front of the counter for a few minutes but nobody came out. I guess from now on I’ll have to go across the street to McDonald’s.

Employees are always grumpy and seem to hate their job. I have been made to feel like an inconvenience for ordering food on more than one occasion. Usually only 1 staff member up front . It screams unorganized staff.
