The food tasted fine, but the lady making my food did not put a lot of meat at all. She cut me short on all the sauces I got including all the vegetables then didn’t wanna put 2 different vinaigrettes on it. She proceeded to charge me 15$ for the thinnest sandwich Ive ever gotten from subway.

Ordered my sub on the app, just like I always do, and selected a bottled pepsi. When I came in to pick up my order, I went to get my drink out of the refrigerator, like I always do, and the older lady behind the counter started fussing at me, “No sir!” and slams a cup down on the counter at me, “you get a cup!” When I tried to explain that I ordered a bottled drink, she cut me off, tapped the cup on the counter several times and said bottles don’t come with the combo.
According to the app, they do. You have to scroll down on the app to get to the bottled drinks and I ALWAYS do that because I dislike the taste of their fountain sodas.
There are plenty of other sandwich shops in Colonial Heights. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

Not sure what my favorite part was. The employee not washing her hands, the old receipt hanging into the food, the employees Apple Watch cross contaminating, the employee touching the register with her gloves and moving onto the next customer, the dirty tables or the sideways nametape that didn’t have a name on it.

I go to this subway location all the time and I’ve never had a bad experience! Today was excellent and I have no complaints. The guy working (so sorry I did not get his name) was so nice and had wonderful customer service. 10/10 recommend 🙂

I love subways. I got into subways, stood for about 510 minutes. The lady was on the phone. Talking gossiping to whoever on phone, it wasn’t a business conversation. The olives was inside the cucumbers, and she said, oh, it’s just an Olive now. If I was allergic to Olive, that would have been cross tamination. The cucumbers looked old The lettuce was Brown and she act like she didn’t care. And she was holding the phone with her gloves on that she made the sandwich wit. I got a chiro, and it when I got home. It was hard as a brick.I could probably bang a nail in the wall……

I had a terrible experience and ended up walking out of this establishment. There was only one person working and I was on my lunch. He didn’t have anything ready and kept having to get supplies from the back. I took my daughter to the bathroom but told him what I wanted on my sandwich. Once I got out of the bathroom not only did he not have the sandwich prepared, but he also proceeded to tell me and my 5 year old daughter we had to go to the back of the line.

Every time I order from there, my pretzels are always hard to the point. I could hit it on the wall, and it will not break. Tried to call the store and see if they can remake it. They refuse to answer the phone. I asked for extra pickles in a cup, they only gave me about four or five of them not a good store.

This location is the only one I know that cheated customers out of meat. All three of my sandwiches were skimped out on meat. Even the extra avocado that I paid for was barely any on the sandwich. I spent almost $50 for three sandwiches; the least they can do is not skimp out on my food. I will never again order from this location

The woman making my food was on the phone the entire time. The vegetables looked wilted. She charged me for extra meat, even though I did not ask for extra meat. I will never come back to the store and it deserves to be closed.

The two guys behind the counter were friendly, but the one making my sub seemed to not know what he was doing at all. Footlong roast beef sub and he put 5 slices of beef on it. Was going to charge extra for more meat. Still $20 out the door with a combo. Didn’t ask what cheese I wanted and just added provolone without asking while I paid. It was out of the toaster before I realized. Really stingy with the toppings and condiments. I had to keep asking for more of everything just to get a mediocre sized sub. The bread was stale tasting. I definitely don’t recommend this location.
