I ordered a Footlong Flatbread BMT Sub on the Subway app (+ a Foot Long Tuna)

When I got there the Subway employee informed me that ‘We are out of Flat bread. Would you like to substitute it for a tortilla wrap.”

The tortilla wrap is DEFINITELY not FOOTLONG. so how is there the same amount of sandwich toppings?

Couldn’t use app for location because it occupies 2 units and doesn’t provide option to choose which. Very little tuna, didn’t even cover the bread. Bottom piece of tomato, including the brown area where vine connected, huge piece of onion skin. Poor attitude workers. Will not EVER visit the Centralia, Chesterfield location again. Paid almost $10 for this mess.

Approx. 6:10 pm, we entered the Subway for a meal, passing a middle school girl whose eyes got big when we opened the door, and one of the male workers was in the middle of the floor with two preteen girls wrapping their arms and legs around him as they took turns kissing him.. His hands were on their rear ends… He was NOT WORKING, and the 2 girls that were on him got behind the counter helping themselves.. meanwhile, we are standing there. The wide eyed girl was still at the door staring out to tell them if anyone was coming.
The other worker was in the middle of the restaurant floor swaying with his shirt hanging out and sweat pouring over his face as his long hair was tangled up in his glasses.
The one trying to charm the girls…. much younger than this guy was trying to manipulate the girls, was seemingly high as seen in his eyes and behavior. The young preteen girl at the door girl whose “mom” was in a white SUV was playing Lookout as she blocked the entrance. We got out of there somehow, feeling VERY UNSAFE and for sure NOT waited on!! We had to push our way through and past this preteenish girl. As we got in our car to leave, we saw the Lookout girl run into the SUV while the “mom” was smoking something.
This was a HORRIBLE UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE and is unfortunate bc this area used to have quality people of character working in all of the businesses. I hope the owner of this establishment and property managers of Chesterfield Meadows reads this. Those 2 youngish guys should not be working in anyone’s shop. Nasty, too!

Today I purchased a Chicken ranch bacon club. I was so shocked and Dissatisfied ,when I got home to see pink raw bacon and a spoon full off what’s suppose to be chicken! I eat here at twice a week. I’ve never experienced this!You dropped the ball today!! I called and spoke with Kailey who remade my sub with no problem. Kailey Thank You, and as always the Customer Service is Always Excellent!!

I placed an online order at this Subway location and was extremely disappointed with the experience. When I got home, I realized my sub was completely incorrect. I called the store immediately and spoke with someone named Zyair. He was shockingly rude and dismissive. I calmly explained the issue and simply asked if they could remake my order. Instead of offering any help, Zyair insisted the sub was made correctly—without even verifying the details. When I asked to speak with a manager, he claimed he was the manager, which I later found out was not true.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. I expected better from Subway, and unfortunately, this experience guarantees I won’t be returning to this location.

The dude rushed through it. And the store was empty I feel like if you take your time this wouldn’t happen.

Have ordered and dined in here many times in past couple of years. Always good food and service. Restaurant recently renovated and looks nice. One oddity though with recent purchase of a wrap. The ends were not folded in as wraps typically are. They basically just put all the fixings on the wrap and rolled it up. This made eating it a very messy experience. But it still tasted delicious.

The restaurant has been renovated recently and now has a really nice and clean look. Not a fan of the corporate decision to add a meat cover, as l like to watch the food prep. The employees were friendly; Carlos was very patient and accommodating! Overall, had a really positive experience. ☺️

Ordered on line. Drove 6 miles and had curbside pickup. Got home and they put the wrong subs in the bag. Drove back and waited for them to redo my order. The biggest problem was they wouldn’t answer the phone. If they had answered the phone was going to get a refund and cancel the order. Very poor service. People make mistakes that I understand.

I ordered my food they began fixing my food. They asked me what I wanted on my sandwiches. I was telling her and then she proceeds to tell me they were out of tomatoes after they had heated the subs. I couldn’t believe it. I told her if I knew this from the beginning I would not have placed the order. I don’t have any intentions of returning.
