I haven’t been to Subway in years and this location reminded me of why. Service was terrible. Very unfriendly young lady. Drink station filthy. No greeting or any type of polite customer exchange. When I went to the counter, she just stared at me when she wanted me to order. I asked for extra mayo on the side and she said she didn’t have any and she didn’t have anything to put it in. This is a sub shop, you should have containers for condiments on the side. My sandwich it was actually good, but it was super small and I imagine that is not the employees fault.

Dine in. Only customer. Sandwich technician’s ability to speak to take my order Troublesome. No tea made due to low customer count reportedly. This tri county area uses this excuse to not make tea at most Subways. Would not be surprised to see this and other stores close.

Traveling from out of state, stopped here around 8 PM on Saturday, 7/29/23. Person behind the counter was ill-trained, zero idea how to make sandwiches and/or wraps, as if we were speaking to her in a language other than English. Worse yet was the franchise owner who said that we could not eat in store, even though we pointed out that the sign on the door specified 10 PM, and it was only 8:15 PM at that point, so when we pointed that out to her, she said the store closed at 9PM, so we sat in store to eat, only to have her oddly stare at us throughout our time there. Additionally, she said the bathrooms were not open. How can that even be allowed? Health Department to receive this review next for sure. Do better, Subway, starting with who you choose to franchise to. Highly recommend AGAINST!!!

The waiter was very nice but I noticed that the lettuce was brown. Also the bread was hard and fell apart while I ate the sandwich. The hallway to the bathrooms were blocked with the chip rack. This place needs a major renovation and new standards of operating. I actually thought about calling the health department.

Staff is overall rude for really no reason do us all a favor go look for employment somewhere else “grand reopening “ with the same consistent rude staff. You world think if your out of tomato’s, bacon, American cheese and using old lettuce you would provide decent customer service. Save your time time and money they act like they don’t need it

I go there at least once or twice a week for lunch. The staff is always friendly, the facility is clean, and overall the Customer Service is wonderful. I have no complaints. I just went today and Heather and I (one of the team members) joked about making sandwiches to the tunes of techno music. It just makes you want to dance the entire time.

I have been going to this location for 2+ years. I went in today and there was a coupon online on the subway site(mobile) that was for b2g1 free footling. I placed my orders then at checkout tried to use the coupon but it kept telling me to mobile order. I asked the woman how to use it and she was not helpful at all. Then after getting another employee I was then told I could only use it online. I told her any other location would have input manually a discount to make one of the subs free. I then told her I had two dollars off for reward points but was told I was unable to use it since they don’t have the scanner machine in there location. Are you kidding me?? It is not my fault you are not equipped with the devices to accommodate your customers and make them happy. I have never felt so disgusted in my life with another restaurant. I will never come back to Subway on S Crater Road again. I will travel out of my way to go to another location who make the experience amazing and show they care about the customers, not just the dollar signs..

Awful. The lady in South Crater Road is awful. She had the door locked at 7:45 AM and she jumped on me for just telling her manager that she is nice but she stays doing other things when customers go into the store. All I said was that she needs to pay a bit of more attention to us. This is incredible! People just talking back to customers like no one cares. What about if we boycott? Specially when you are a vet. Don’t treat vets wrong. Your freedom comes from our sacrifice and blood.
