I placed the order online for two foot-long subs. I was called by the store manager, who told me that they didn’t have the bread that I needed and also informed me that they were on a base. I asked to cancel my order which she refused and said that they were no longer allowed to Cancel orders .i asked for a manager, she stated that she was the only manager available. She did not know what I expected her to do very unprofessional a loss of my money for no exchange of product June 14 at 2 o’clock The order was listed as picked up, even though I never received that order call back to ask why and she stated that’s just the way that is displayed

Made a mistake and ordered a sub online from the military base. I couldn’t get the food and they kept my money. They won’t answer the phone or return my emails in good faith. THEY STOLE MY MONEY & KEPT THE FOOD.

Full automated kiosks is not the way. Or atleast have more options. For the signature subs they did not allow you to choose a bread type, or toasted or not, or any extra toppings or sauces. Either add more options in the kiosk or bring people back. Thought the whole point of subway is the way we want it

08FEB17, The Cashier in the lunch time has a bad and sour attitude when I was paying for my food.
09FEB17, Tried again, but the same Cashier is still having her bad and unwelcoming attitude. It makes the sandwich unappetizing and no one wants a negative energy when they’re about to have lunch.
