Abdul was phenomenal! The establishment is so clean and smells amazing! He was so nice and upbeat and extremely friendly! It’s always a blessing to go into a food establishment and be greeted like you are truly valued as a customer, and that is what Abdul did! When I’m in Hampton, this is the only Subway I’ll be going to!!!

We have always ordered from this store and we’re always satisfied. We ordered 2 roast beef subs tonight for Valentine’s Day, but we were so disappointed with what we got, I called the store to register a complaint, .and was told to call back tomorrow when the manager was there.
One of the subs was on multi grain bread. The bread was OLD bread. It was hard and dry where you couldn’t bite through, basically the consistency of bagged croutons, and crumbled. We paid $1.75 for extra meat, but found hardly ANY meat on the sub at all! Threw away half the sandwich and wrapped the other half and put it in the fridge to prove it to the manager of we are allowed to speak to them.
Needless to say, it kind of ruined Valentine’s Day for us. Rethinking ordering from this store ever again.

The bread was stale, the jalapenos had no flavor, not even spicy flavor, and it was half the tuna that I’ve received at every other Subway I’ve gone to in 4 different states. The atmosphere was dirty. I felt like if I touched something, I’d stick to it.

Was weary going here cause of the reviews but I’m glad i did. Young lady greeted me with a smile and hello. She was respectful and actually cared to get my order correct. Didn’t even flinch with my slightly precise order. Definitely a good employee and store.

I came in to pick up a mobile order so I went right to the register. After standing and being looked at for a few minutes, someone asked me what I needed. I told her my name and that I was picking up an order. She then continues the order she was working on. After she completed it, she started helping the next customer in line, completely disregarding me and my order. I did not pick up the order until over ten minutes after the time the app told me it would be ready.

I just came from this location where i decided to get some food last minute, As i came in “Eric” greeted me and immediately started helping with my order, He was generous and he was rlly nice ! he was quick and efficient. We asked for one combo and they charged us for two and when we came back 30 seconds later they said they were close. It was 8:34 when we left and 8:35 when we came back. The store closes at 9
