Customer service was horrible today! Worker who I believe is the manager is very rude! Got an instant attitude when I asked to add the foot long cookie to my order. He definitely needs to have a Customer Service class

Ordered my food ahead. Usually, if I go in person, service is fine. Not everything is tidy, but I usually leave with what I want. However, when I ordered ahead, I arrived and the line was long. They hadn’t even started making my food yet. I waited patiently. They served people who came in after me while still not making my order ahead order. When the line finally cleared and they realized I was still standing there, they realized I was an order ahead order. They rushed to make my food, which I could taste. It didn’t taste as good as it usually does. And I ordered two foot long sandwich combos each with cookies and each with drinks. I get home and unbag my food just to discover that I got a whopping ONE cookie TOTAL for two combo orders? Seriously? This location seems to be going downhill.

Extremely satisfied with the attention to detail in every sandwich. I ordered two sandwiches and I thought that the toppings were proportionately perfect. I came during the lunch rush and they gave every sandwich their full attention. I’m from Maryland but would go out of my way to go to this Subway any day. They definitely earned the title “sandwich artist”

Service is as horrible, they huffed and puffed everytime someone came in. When you asked for something they had a attitude. If there was extra veggies on the counter they throw them on your sandwich. Wont spent my money here again

This store was CLEARLY unprepared for the 12 Jul 1 million sandwich give away. The employees were flustered and snapping at customers before finally stating they had gone over their allocated quota. (After I waited 15 minutes in line and it was CLEARLY 10 minutes before the noon cutoff. I think the girl with the braids behind the counter just made that up because she was frustrated and looked ready to blow a fuse. I’ll stick to Firehouse or Jersey Mikes in the future for a GOOD sub. What a joke and embarassment for Subway! You can keep your NASTY, COLD, DISGUSTING food Subway!

Made mobile order for my lunchtime meal. Added extra bacon for an extra $1. Got myself and my sandwich back to my job and there is no bacon. Called to let the store on Oyster Point Rd by Food Lion know of the mistake and received very poor customer service. DO NOT SPEND your money at this location 320 Oyster Point Rd. You will be disappointed ☹️
