A coworker tried doing a catering order on the website for a lunch for 12 people. The website was not working, so she decided to take our orders to the restaurant to order in person. Mind you, all of the selections were basic, non-toasted, regular bread, no crazy toppings, etc. When she entered the building, she was immediately given an attitude that she was supposed to do it online since that number of sandwiches is a catering order. She calmly explained that the website wasn’t working and wanted to come before the lunch rush. The staff members were both being incredibly rude, scoffing when she placed each sandwich order, etc. We have a video of much of the interaction because they were being so rude to her. She was not rushing them or being impatient and there were no other guests in line. In the time they spent accosting her about the order being too big, they could have just finished the order and sent her on her merry way. We will spend our money next door at Jimmy John’s next time.

I’m a picky person and they didn’t let it bother them they had my sandwich looking and tasting good. Definitely will continue coming here. Toni is the one who made my sandwich, her service was amazing.

I work nearby & decided to stop in today. I was greeted with a joke about flying in on my Bronco, which was accurate & made me giggle. The ladies working in the store were super sweet & funny! My food was definitely made with love. The place was clean, food looked fresh & tasted great! I told them I would be back to visit & I meant it!

1st time I stopped in was 5 days ago and I got a great turkey sub.
2nd time which was 30 minutes ago I ordered the Boss and got 6 meatballs on a $11 sub.
I won’t be returning to this location. If you eat there, watch the staff to ensure they are properly making a sandwich. That’s my fault too, for not catching it.

This was my first experience at this subway and using the online app. I place my order at 2:26 p.m. while my daughter was in the store waiting to pick up the food..the staff acknowledged the order was placed but they decided to let 12 other people that came afterwards and processed their orders first while she’s standing there patiently waiting for almost 20 minutes. Very disappointing to say the least.

Sad….service ….. Attitudes….messed up sandwiches….smart mouths….and comments uncalled for….I guess making sandwiches is hard for them…. Don’t go to this store unless u wanna leave unhappy and with messed up sandwiches…. Close this store down since they don’t wanna work

Took a chance on Subway, got my heart broken. I don’t know if this is their new policy or not, but the meat/cheese section is partitioned so you can’t see how much meat or cheese they’re putting on your sandwich. I got a club sub and a cheese steak, the cheese steak had probably a ⅓cup of meat, with three measely half slices of cheese for an entire footlong, while the club didn’t even have enough to call it a sandwich, not to mention the server put so much mayo and mustard on these sandwiches they were drowning in it. Their subs used to be packed with meat, now they’re the same price for half of what you get. Disgusting. I won’t ever come here again.

I was never greeted upon entering the store. The employee was very rude when asking questions about my order. I could barely hear why she was saying. Honestly I thought about walking out and going somewhere else. I am not asking for a refund or anything. I just wanted to report how I was treated by destiny( the Employee) while ordering my lunch…

I order a sandwich via DoorDashan with all the toppings and condiments. I was given a trash sandwich!!! I will be glad when this location goes out of business because you already don’t get enough traffic to be so disgusting!!! I’m glad I got my money back from DoorDash.
