Poor customer service, average food. I ordered through the app and was hoping for a quick pickup. They didn’t have some of the food in stock. The least they could’ve done is offer a replacement for the food they sold but couldn’t make, but instead they insisted on refunding the whole order and asked me to buy what was in stock, implying they’d already made it. I did put in the order, then without acknowledging it they helped three other customers. After the last one they said they hadn’t actually made the food yet and that it was in the oven, then gave me the food with barely a mutter. Rude and took longer than had I just walked in and ordered.

Ordered a subway platter, called earlier in the day to confirm platter would be ready at 5. The platter was ordered on Saturday for Thursday. Showed up at 5 to pick up platter nobody knew anything about the platter. No manager was working. The kids working there did not know how to make a platter. They told me I could go somewhere else if I like. The platter was for a birthday party so too late to make other plans. This is the second time this has happened to me at this subway. Will not be back. The kids working there did the best they could to put something together but they are definitely not trained. I hold management accountable for lack of training.

I will definitely not be back to this location. I ordered a tuna spinach wrap, when I got home and started to eat it, the tuna was so extremely salty and disgusting. I have never eaten tuna with salt in it. I spit it out and cooked myself something else for dinner. I was so disappointed. Warning, the tuna is salty.
This is definitely the right location, this review is for when I went there before your closing for renovations. I decided to do the review days later, because I can never forget about my experience of eating salty tuna. Hopefully with new renovations, you all will have better tuna prepared. This is the only subway location in Carrollton, VA.

I went to the Carrollton Subway for lunch today. The lettuce was brown and should have been tossed out. The employees said the supply truck was coming tomorrow but kept serving produce that was obviously past it’s use by date. I will never eat at this location again. Common sense approach and possibly a good place for the health inspector to visit.
