The lady making the subs was rude told me she could only put a limited amount of toppings and refused to give me what I asked for (TWO extra tomatoes on a BLT mind you) I would’ve told them to throw it away if I wasn’t with my fiancé who was still waiting in his food the sub was thrown together and made terribly I do not recommend.

Staff today were as friendly & accommodating as I’ve ever had and I will be certain to be back next Sunday afternoon. Look at the beautiful sub they customized for me. For the new model I recommend: “Eat at Subway and have a masterpiece your way!”

I really like to get my sandwiches from this Subway location. They are always good. I wish the owner would participate in the online ordering process by honoring coupons for online orders. It’s would be easier for me than going to the location to order. There have been times that I would order food elsewhere because I can’t use coupons online here!!

Came here on a 15 minute break to grab some food. Sign in the door stating closing at 3pm due to no AC. I can totally understand closing down early due to that since it’s 96 degrees out, but what i don’t understand is why are you closing the store EARLIER than the sign you put up. Staff looked at me through the door, and i asked why are you closed at 2:45pm???? I was at the door at 2:45pm. He refused to open the door and kept saying we are closed.

Monty was so professional and nice! Our subs were amazing! I came into this location really late and had a really large order. Monty took his time preparing it, but was still very fast. He even personalized each sub wrapper with our names, so there wouldn’t be any confusion. This guy is one of your star members!!!

Don’t go here within two hours before they close unless you want to be bullied by what I’m assuming was the manager. She definitely did not like me and I just wanted to get my sandwich and leave. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had I think ever. I also couldn’t eat the sandwich because she put like… seven lines of Mayo- she gave me what I’d call a “creamy surprise”

After attempting to go to the subway on commonwealth they refused to honor the coupons. I went to the subway at Oxbridge and not only did they honor the coupons but were much more polite and engaging. Highly recommend!

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Did an online order and waited probably 10 min before coming into the store. As soon as I came in a customer was telling an employee not to get an attitude. Red flag but ok. I ask this same employee if I could get my chips and drink since My order wasnt up yet. He said no you need to wait in line…I explained that I ordered online…again he told me to get in the long line. Kinda defeats the purpose for online order and In store pick up..Finally I get there, a guy that I perceive is the manager or shift manager asks for my order I said its the online ticket sitting over there. He apologizes and says go make your drinks and grab your chips it will be ready soon..I say him I tried to do this when I came but was told (by mr. attitude) to stand in line….manager looks confused and apologies again. Mr. Attitude continues to complain about how he comes to work early everyday and has been there since whatever hour. So now ive been there 20 min. They dont have the cookies I ordered. Manager was nice about it but at that point I’d rather take a bullet to the head than be there one more minute. Again the manager was nice didnt get his name but that rude, complaining employee needs to find another job if he has to act like that at work.

One of the cleanest subway stores in the area by far. The staff are always nice and pleasant. As well as quick and efficient. This place is busy at certain times of the day but is always clean. The tables,floors,drink machines,and even behind the counter were spotless. I was a little disappointed in the fact they were out of lettuce since this is the only thing vegetable I ever get on my subs. Without the lettuce I couldn’t consider what I got a complete subway sub.I took it home and added lettuce to the sub it’s still did not taste the same. Regardless, this is the only incident I have ever had at this location that I have visited hundreds of times since it first opened. The manager apologized and said he would replace the sub the next time I came in. Unfortunately I have since lost the receipt and haven’t been able to get back up there again.
