Terrible customer service. Cheap with the ingredients I even offered to pay more but still wouldn’t give me what I wanted. Put the wrong stuff on my sandwich and then told me I told her the wrong thing. Major attitude when I’m the one that was being treated poorly and with disrespect.

Super friendly! Everything was fresh and delicious. The man making my vegetarian sub took the time to change his gloves after handling meat and washed the knife. Didn’t ask him to – it was just a really considerate gesture! Very nice experience. 🙂

Poor service very disrespectful to me I asked for a lil more onions n she tells no I can’t keep getting more on my order I’m like all I asked for was more onions n black pepper I felt very disappointed in their customer service! I recommend don’t spend money with them this is exactly my second time going they n my first wasn’t a good experience I just thought since it’s been a year or so I’ll try it out by me being on lunch n working in the area but never again will i spend my money where it’s not welcome!

Trying to get food here was weird. I tried really hard to get food here but was met with considerable rudeness. They were out of a lot of things. I don’t know if they were arguing or talking about me but they were yelling in another language to each other. I let that slide but was spoken to really poorly and yelled at at one point. When trying to pay I was yelled at again.

My husband went in to get a couple of sandwiches for us. Immediately upon entering their was a loud sigh of annoyance as if they felt inconvenienced to serve him. When asked for more onions on a sandwich they said that there was a limit. And when asked if they accepted a coupon they grudgingly said yes. Very rude service and poor treatment to paying customers.
