A worker named Nelly was AMAZING. They were extremely kind, patient, and engaged in a conversation but only after they realized that I was comfortable with it! (I’ve had some experiences where people try to force them) but they really did go above and beyond when my coupons weren’t working and instead of simply saying no, they genuinely tried *and successfully* got me that dang discount I needed with the help of another kind worker, and spent a fair amount of time doing so (it was only me in there) overall they were completely amazing and 10000% deserve the recognition.

This is the best Subway in the area. The area is very clean and well-maintained and it is one of the few fast food restaurants I can trust. I should also mention that Sabrina and Terrence are excellent employees and provide excellent customer service.

I eat subway all the time and I have never seen someone make my subs the way (I think her name was Sabrina) did. Nothing fell out of the sub when I ate it. The toppings were better. Really good job to her!! I have a little of a complicated order and she seemed like it did not bother her! I like this location a lot!

Subway is good if you go to the store and order your sub. That way you always get what you want and your sub is perfect. The subs are very delicious, also! However, I ordered subs online for pickup once and that was a big mistake! The subs weren’t made according to my instructions! Had Mayo on one sub, didn’t ask for extra. When I opened the sub it was oozing mayo all over the place! It was gross! The other subs were missing ingredients! Totally unacceptable! Will never order Subway subs online again! Will always get my subs at the store!

This is the worst customer service my son and I received from the old man who works there. The service was so bad from the moment we arrived at the counter that after a couple of minutes I told my son that we should leave because we don’t have to receive bad treatment from anyone. I wish I could give less than one star. I would do it without thinking about it as many times as possible.
