I called before going but nobody answered. When I went in the employee was making her friend a sandwich. She didn’t acknowledge me or anything. Then when it was my turn, she made my sandwich not letting me know that every piece of bread that was in there was stale. So I got my sandwich and bit it. The bread was the worst stale bread ever. So I went back in. She said, all the bread like that that’s why I toast it. Hunny if you toast that stale bread then how would anybody be able to eat it. Mind you her friend was back in there getting another sandwich. Also I never seen her friend pay for either sandwich. So she ask did I want my money back and I told her if the other bread was soft I’ll take it. Well that bread was stale too. The meat was brown looking on my cold cut and she gone say oh it’s because of the temperature. Y’all gone get someone sick in this place. She did give me my money back but not out the draw. She went and got it out her car she said. That was the worst experience ever at a Subway. I will never come back.

App always messing up and now I paid the price. I ordered food at subway and even though they took the money out my account, they didn’t have the order in their system.. Waitress literally told me whatever and didn’t help me. So I had to contact subway and of course you talk to a stupid bot and im sure I won’t get my money back. Should have been offered a gift card or something, instead got met with attitude.

The new franchisees did away with the old menu. the one they have lists a “specialty club sub”. Instead I got a “baloney sandwich. I do not recommend.

Really hate to leave a bad review on this place but for the past year or so I stop in here on occasion usually around 11ish during the week. I’ve eaten here prob 3 times this year and each of the 3 times the bread is so stale I threw the whole sub away. Very disappointing they don’t use fresh bread here anymore. Def would not recommend this location.

Today I visited this Subway location. The employees Rell and Tyrhianna were so sweet. We laughed and joked the entire time. They made my order with perfection. I’ll definitely be visiting that location more often. Keep up the great work y’all!

The food was really good and prepared well. The 3 people that were making sandwiches were extremely kind and made sure we got what we wanted.

The issue comes in with the manager walking in from the parking lot and lectured her employees while they were still trying to help us and other customers.
The manager should’ve been more professional and waited until after we and the other customers had completed our orders and left. I’ve managed a few places and I would never talk to my employees like that in front of customers.

Wife ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad and the salad came with zero lettuce. Who tf makes a salad with no lettuce… the main ingredient?? And no, she didn’t pick an option for no lettuce.

If you have an issue, there is never a manager, otherwise the manager is not professional at all. Told me to call 1800 subway.. i did. To no avail. Be careful they will sell you nasty food and also rip you off stealing your money. Good luck buying food and not losing your money.

Owner doesn’t accept corporate coupons. Clearly against corporate policy, considering the coupons explains that the only exclusions are “sidekicks, the monster, the Mexicali, the beast & the garlic roast beef.”

Apparently can’t be applied to two spicy Italians, and instead can be only applied to the cheap build your own sandwiches. Have not had this issue at any other subway.
