$15 to eat some wet bread as a direct result of a bunch of wet vegetables being thrown on my sub and being heavy handed with the vinegar. Where’s the sister with the colorful hair???? What was understood didn’t need to he explained.
But into the sub and the meat was cold. Was advised it’s because the oven is burning bread. Not my problem, y’all. I’ll be back in 6-8 months and hopefully y’all will have a new one ordered by then.

Just had the most beautifully built subway sub I’ve ever had and it was stuffed to most optimal level. Good job.
It really depends on who is working. Someone can do a great job one day and the next day someone who really doesn’t care can ruin your experience.

Dirty and it seemed like their refrigerated cabinet for the toppings/meat was broken and full of dirty water and plastic. Only one employee there and she aint even heat up my chicken properly. She also picked up something from the ground with the gloves on and used the same gloves to make customer’s sandwiches. Found a random piece of plastic in my sandwich too.

I spent $60 on food only to be missing 2 subs & a foot long cookie. Bag was open hot subs were cold and all subs bread was soggy. To top it off I been calling for 4 days and nobody answers the phone and I don’t live close ordered through the website and now I can’t even get my money back smh.

This place had 1 employee running at lunch time..Where is this persons help??? 1230pm and 2pm..this is ridiculous..the bread was burnt and service was denied..no ice in ice machine no napkins. ..it was chaotic..this place used to be top notch what happen…no washing hands after running the register..it was a mess ..tables we not clean..and prices sky high for sandwiches per advertisment…I will be going to Jimmy Johns…

When I walked up and tried to open the door it was locked. The girl inside just stared at me and walked into the back. Nothing on the door saying use other door lol. So I found another door. It worked. I went inside and was greeted with what can I get you. So right to business it is. The bread was stale and ripped easily, the cheese was sticking so she just let the last two stay doubled up. Didn’t cut my foot long sandwich in half. She asked if I wanted the meal so yes I ordered the meal and she said you know the ice machine is down right, I said no. How would I know that lol. Needless to say I will and recommend a different location.

Absolutely ridiculous paid 18 dollars and hardly any steak on the sandwich. If this is the new portion size for their steak and cheese they will never have my business again. Do better subway do better. Not your employees who designated the portion size its your company.

Don’t bother ordering on the app, they won’t make the sandwich as directed. Ordered “regular” lettuce, got a dusting. “Extra” pickles? Zero pickles. Also, the sandwich was smushed – and it’s not like they were busy, the place was deserted when I walked in.

No service with a smile, just attitude. The girl who rang me and my boyfriend up yesterday had an ATTITUDE problem. Practically didn’t even evenly spread my seasoning easy just two shakes is apparently enough and when I asked for a lot of Parmesan like ALOT she basically did the same two shakes and I asked her to put more, just another two shakes and that’s all. She didn’t even cut it for me. Even when I order on uber they cut my sandwich for me. Saw her wrap it up so carelessly like this and she rolled her eyes after seeing we left no tip. Never coming here again.

Came here today for the first time. Customer service was unprofessional and my food was not made correctly at all. Everything was thrown together. Was up charged for having a wrap which was really a flat bread. On top of the fact that the establishment smells like boo boo. Never will come here again.
