DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

1 star is too high, should be 0!

1 – Employee was a jerk. Clearly hates working there and made sure I knew it. Had an airpod in her ear. Was frustrated when I told her what we wanted on the subs
2 – Ordered 4 subs for the family. Got in the cart and drove away. Down the road we opened the subs, All the bread was several days old and hard! Meatballs were burnt, had a metallic taste (made me gag).

If you want a sandwich go somewhere else!

Went in yesterday evening. Ordered 3 subs. Wasn’t busy at all (he was finishing up an order as we walked in- aside from that we were the only other ones there.) Guy working seemed irritated from the get go we were even there. The tuna sub was fine, but my grilled chicken and my moms veggie was bad. The veggie was bare and he didn’t heat up my chicken. He put extremely small amounts of the desired toppings on the subs. Spend 35 dollars for 1 decent sub and two subs that had to be fixed up at home. Overall a very frustrating situation.

I don’t know who took over this place. It used to be fairly well. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had! The three people behind me should have walked out and said no thank you! rude, rude rude. The vegetables are certainly not fresh. You are risking food poisoning at this location! Shut it down.Never posted a review but felt necessary 10 months is a world of difference!!Sandwich had less than half meat but double the price. Just pointing out the district manager was counting dough while seeing this was going on!Hope this helps ..

COMPLETELY HORRIBLE, didn’t even get a chance to say anything to the lady there on the 23rd of September 2025, at 4:30pm. Saw she was wiping the fan and when I walked on with my kids, she started complaining saying that she couldn’t get anything done, and mumbled about how why did we have to come in. The guy sitting inside whom I’m guessing was her husband or boyfriend mumbled something as I walked out fast and in a hurry with my kids. Not our fault talk to your manager don’t disrespect me or my kids.

Unfortunately I was served cold chicken.. cold as in it is still frozen. The kid making my food recognized the chicken was still frozen, asked me if it’s ok if he heats it in the oven.. but it is unfortunately still cold and somewhat frozen. Nothing grosser than frozen meat when you’re expecting HOT. Along with that, the sub was poorly wrapped, see the attached photo. I was not given a bag to take it out in nor napkins or anything. And then… I was charged the wrong price. The board said $10.50 or something close to that, less than $11, but I was charged $12.99. What’s that about? If you advertise, I expect to be charged the proper price. Overall the service was decent enough, the staff were not rude but were clearly not trained properly/trained well. I certainly won’t be back to this location, sorry guys. That frozen chicken was downright nasty.

I went yesterday on 1-14 around 12:30 and not open, called at 1:30 and no answer. I went at 2:00 today and not open. No sign on door or a nothing. Just lights off. Imagine if someone orders for pickup on the app.

I’m in Williamsburg visiting. Went to this Subway just a few moments ago. 8:00 ish. Open sign was still on. Tried to open the door to go in & the worker motioned that they were closed. I checked Google to see their hours – they’re open until 10 PM! Very disappointed. It’s now 8:32. I just looked over there. The sign still says open. Thank goodness Taco Bell is just across the parking lot!

Went in today to get a sub a large light skin African American male is rude. I am a white lady barely spoke to me ..African American lady comes in all friendly to her but when I came in and said hello didn’t speak to me . Time people realize that preijuce is a two way street ….they always blame white people but they act the same ! Learn some customer service skills!
