I never eat Subway but decided to dine here with my sisters as we had been working all day. I ordered a tuna sub and was almost enjoying it until I pulled out a piece of plastic inside the tuna I was eating… I am completely disgusted by this and emotionally disturbed.

I ordered through Grubhub. It took 2 hours to get 2 sandwiches, a cookie and a Gatorade. My sandwich had only the added veggies, no tomatoes or lettuce as was ordered and clearly seen on my receipt. Bread was NOT toasted as ordered. The sandwiches were 4 1/2″ long, not 6 ” and the Gatorade was put on top of the sandwiches, squishing them. These 4 items were $27 and not worth the price! I’ll not be getting food from Subway again. MUCH steeper prices and crappy service don’t mix.

Very disappointed. I used to like Subway but this is the last time I’ll eat here. Today I’m at the one in Walmart at Chattanooga Plaza, Midlothian, VA. This store is always messy. Tables are rarely cleaned. The last two times I ordered a six inch sandwich, it was no more than four inches. Today I ordered the cheesesteak sub and I swear to you….there wasn’t even one whole steakum on that sandwich. It was just four inches of bread and some mayo & lettuce. What’s funny is that I don’t like overstuffed subs, but daayum! It was nearly empty. I wish I had a scale as the whole sandwich only weighed a few ounces. In as much as the portions and quality are going down, prices are going up! I got the “6 inch” sub, small Doritos & small drink and it cost me $13.52. That included a 15% tip that I now regret giving. I don’t think Subway is the kind of place where tipping is warranted but I gave it anyway. Never again.

Employee had terrible customer service skills. As we walked through the door, he mumbled, that the didn’t any white bread. He proceeded to burn the bread they did have, we didn’t notice that until we got home. Not a very good experience, customer service do not live here.

I absolutely love this location and the staff here. This is one of the best in atleast a 2-5 mile radius. The veggies are extremely fresh, the staff is very cordial and above all they accept all subway coupons unlike some locations that are bad and would tell you at billing that coupons are not accepted.
I love the fact that Veggie patty is also available here and it is the freshest available here. Kudos to you guys for maintaining such high standards..

Pretty standard Subway experience. Only knock was there was no sweet tea. Line was pretty long also at lunch, but they kept it moving and had a good attitude. Tables weren’t much to talk about.

This Subway is inside the Walmart location that we frequent. In the past, we haven’t been all that impressed with the service of this location, but after not going for many months, my husband and I decided to give it another chance. I’m very glad we did!
The atmosphere in this location was completely different than previous visits. The two men working (Spencer, who I believe was the manager and Thomas) greeted us immediately, were very attentive, quick and so friendly.
The restaurant itself was incredibly clean! All the tables were clear of debris, crumbs, etc. The floors were clearly recently swept and mopped and I was really impressed.
We will definitely return to this location again soon.
