Best subway in the Hanover area. Brady and C.J. Always great me and have the best attitude. They take sanitation very serious and I will say it is the cleanest subway I have been to. I drive out of the way just to come to this location very happy and satisfied with my service!

More often than not, my online orders are missing items or not made entirely correct. I’m thankful it is made mostly correct and I feel comfortable eating my incorrect order. I’ve only ordered at their counter once and the employee was very quick to assume my toppings so it required a lot of correction on my part. They’re young kids, so I’m understanding, for the most part. I hope they have a manager on site that cares about training and accuracy

I ordered two foot longs online. I came to the store and saw the Happy Gilmore promotion was occurring. My daughter was with me and asked if we could get one of the Gilmore cups. I asked the employee if I could purchase one of the cups, they said you can only get them if you purchase the meal.

I then offered to pay for chips and a drink to add to my subs. Then another employee (supervisor I assume) spoke up and said it all had to be on the same ticket. If I wanted a cup I would have to purchase another meal. (This was not said politely, at all).

Just to be clear, you only need to purchase a 6 inch meal to get the cup for $1 more. I ordered 2 foot longs which equals 4 six inch subs. Yet somehow even adding chips and drinks to these subs was not enough.

Even though I live in the area I will never purchase from this Subway again. I encourage anyone else thinking of going here to just head to a different location where they actually value their customers.

6pm dinner – bread was absolutely not fresh. Seems like it was slightly burnt and made quite awhile ago. Crunched to the touch. (I didn’t get toasted but you wouldn’t know by looking at it. If I had opened it there I would have asked for a another. Disappointed.

I placed an order today for pickup on the Subway app. First when I arrived, there was nobody even behind the counter. I grabbed my order from the kiosk and left. I got to work and the order was all wrong. I ordered a BLT and first, there was no tomatoes on the sandwich at all. I also had added mayo to the sandwich and there was no mayo either. The lettuce was gross and the sandwich itself was poorly made. I now know why everyone I know goes to the other location in the area.

We ordered and there we a divider witch I believe is so you can not see how LITTLE food they where putting on my sub! It is outrageous how much bred there was compared to food and toppings! I have had many problems with this location. The floor looked dirty and in cleaned. I do not recommend this location.
