Picked up friend who has no way transportation . Took her to subway. We both had our own coupons. Separate orders. Guy said since we were in same car we both couldn’t use coupons. I told him we were paying separate. He took my coupon. My friend went to pay and he told her since we rode together he had to charge her full price for her 6” sub. She paid over 13.00 for her meal. Their website clearly says 6”meal 6.99. I will never go back to the subway again. My friend doesn’t have a lot of money and no car. Never heard of such policies before.

By far the worst subway I’ve ever been to in my life. I simply wanted to use a promo and my $5 gift card and the associate told me I’m sorry I don’t know anything about that. And I asked if someone else does and he said “no im the highest one up here”. He didn’t try to problem solve one thing with me and was willing to just let me walk out without helping (which I did). This store needs to a better night shift worker ASAP because after that experience the only recommendation I’m giving about this location is to stay farrr away from it. AWFUL

Lent in this morning to order a 12-in steak egg and cheese for breakfast and the person working for 1 and 1/2 scoops of meat on my sandwich I literally watched her take meat out of the scoop to put it on there I used to work at Subway myself and I know that the policy is one full scoop per 6 in folks I know times are tough but don’t go shorting your customers on purpose right in front of them and looking them in the face daring them to say something about it. I will not go back to this location ever again

It’s Subways. The young lady who took my order was bored out of her mind. She enthusiasticlly greeted me. Made my sub, and suggested chips and drink. Her customer service was good.

Roark Capital is going to hear about the deal two sisters had at the Waynesboro Subway Store today. Paying separately, but because they came together, only one could use their coupons. The other could not. Do you see how ignorant you sounded today? We left and will never be back. Now look up what Roark Capital owns, then consider all your losses from ignorance of one franchise/company you own. Word of mouth will ruin you!

Great location , little bigger than usual subway restaurent , lot of dinning chairs , clean space , ample parking, well maintained restrooms , staffs are welcoming and friendly , portions/ingredients are fresh(except spinach), May be on that day?. Staffs was attentive and happy to serve you. If you are looking for subway near this area and you got this. One star reduction is for the spinach not being fresh and my first preferred bread honey oat was not available.

The manager is always rude. There’s never any accountability when the staff messes up the sandwiches are sad compared to other sub shops. You definitely don’t get what you pay for just overall a terrible Customer experience.

0 STARS! The “owner”/ “manager” is rudest person I have ever met. 2 different terrible encounters with this lady and I am DONE going to this store supporting her. She sure isn’t going to be getting our money anymore. Has the worst attitude, ignores customers, won’t answer the phone or customers phone calls. Girl needs an attitude check and needs to be shut down.

We returned home around 7 on 7/30 from a long trip. We decided to order subway online for pickup totaling around $60-$70. When we got order home we were missing a footlong sub. Exhausted, I tried to call the store 18 times with no answer – I was hung up on several times. If someone would have answered the phone last night and told me that was the policy I would have brought in the order. After work the next day I returned to the store. Manager was very rude and stated that was their policy (who I later learned was the OWNER). When I stated I had tried to call 18 times that night she cut me off and turned to help another customer. I have been a subway customer for many many years and am very disappointed in the level of service I received. My family of 6 orders a lot from subway, specifically this store, but this has really changed my opinion – is this really the way they treat their customers??? I only wanted to make this right and get the sub that I paid for and did not receive. The fact that the OWNER treats her customers this way just blows my mind, she should be setting an example for her employees. I tried to send Subway an email about my experience and received a response from this OWNER/store who I was complaining about….lol. I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again as long as this is still under the same ownership.
