Yesterday I watched the two sandwiches I ordered get made with more care and precision than any sub sandwich I’ve ever ordered. The rushed sloppy throwing together of my sub did not happen. It looked like each ingredient was put down with a ruler. Perfectly spaced and spread out. Seriously, it made me think the sandwich tasted better. The whole prep station was kept completely clean and orderly the entire time. Very impressive

This is my go to Subway. The owner/manager is a delight to conversation with when I go in. I used to be so frequent she memorized my order. A couple of the other employees have done the same. The bread is always fresh and cookies too. I enjoy when I get my subs from this location. They are super clean and of course they always wear their gloves like you want to see at a subway. (I’ve been elsewhere where they have not.). Overall I have always enjoyed this location and always go back when I am in the area now a days. Thank you for great service.

The lady behind the counter was very nice. However, there were many fruit flies, flying all around the vegetables and meats, and nothing was covered to keep them from getting in it. I walked out without getting anything.

I eat at Subway restaurants all over the country as I travel quite a bit, and this is the first time I’ve experienced a low food quality so I thought I should review this location as I have never been to this location before. I ordered the sliced ham as the meat selection for my sandwich, and everything else was fine including the bread and vegetables, but the ham was almost impossible to chew as it was extremely stringy and for lack of a better description, grisly, like a low quality steak. It made the experience of eating the sandwich very difficult and it simply did not meet the level of food quality that I’m used to at subway.

I get dinner here frequently as I work nearby. The subs are always very good, and I love how much they let you customize your food. Staff is friendly as long as the customer is, and they’ll always carry good conversation. The store is about as clean as it can be. If you’re in a rush, you can order through the Subway app before you go, and pick up your meal.

Terrible. Go to any other Subway. I stood in the store for 10 minutes with no one answering as I called over the very loud music. When someone came to the front there was no apology and I was told to wait a minute so they could clean something else up. Finally I asked about the coupon i had at which point the pulled out a paper saying they don’t take coupons. Terrible store and service. Also garbages were pulled out of their containers and just sitting in front of them as you walk in the door. Again go to any other Subway because trying to eat here was NOT fresh.

i have given them two chances and never again. first time i went in there the gentleman making my sandwich was in my opinion rude and had no customer service. the cashier was not friendly either. Rudely told me my total and scoffed when i added a bag of chips that was sitting on the counter in front of her before the sandwich was wrapped.
second time i don’t think i have ever seen so many eye rolls in my life just straight why you wasting my time attitude.

No point in ordering ahead, waited 15 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready, giving them a full 45 minutes, still wasn’t even started. Stood in line and somehow they still finished the person BEHIND me before my own sandwich, which was one straight forward tuna sandwich. Also don’t accept coupons and owners are clearly greedy and you can tell by looking around the store they do repairs and upkeep poorly and cheaply. This owner group apparently owns all the subways in the area and I’ve heard has had at least one shut down due to health department. They also own the DQ next door which about a year ago was shut down by the health department due to a huge rat infestation that the owners would not treat properly with professional exterminator! I heard tge employees would come in and there would be actual rat tracks on the food prep surfaces! This is not supposed to be how we do things in America!

NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!
They didn’t accept my coupon for 2 subs for $12.99. Ended up costing $32.00.
Keep in mind the coupons are accepted nation wide so they are thieves and I’m not returning to this location.

The service was terrible. The cashier didn’t accept my coupon because it wasn’t it the computer. Then why have mailed out the coupon at the first place? Not to mention that the food tasted horrible. The vegetable looked disgusting and they didn’t even have roasted beef. I will never come to this place ever again. If I could I would give 0 star. I recommend not to eat at their restaurant.
