I went to this subway today I am visiting Massunuten. The workers name was Kethen i think. He needs to be taught under management again because it was the most rude and horrible customer service i have ever experienced! He was throwing around the food slamming doors. Sliding all the covers for the foods everywhere. Slamming his fingers on the computer. Absolutely horrible. I have worked in customer service before and i would NEVER act the way he did.

A pretty standard subway. Almost no one there on a weekday at 17:00. Conveniently located just east of Harrisonburg on the way to Charlottesville. Could use a little maintenance in the bathroom, but everything worked and it was fairly clean. Food was good, no problems.

Placed an online order for 2 foot long steak and cheese subs. Online did say the toaster was down but I didn’t expect to get cold subs. I was told unless I put heat the meat in the special instructions part of check out you get it cold. The “assistant manager” was rude and just kept repeating she was told this was the way it had to done. I asked how did they expect me to heat it up with the mayonnaise and toppings on it and again she said that’s what she was told and there was nothing she could do. Me and another customer that was having the same problem asked for the managers number or someone other than her to speak with and she said it is against the law to give that information out. I live close to this subway but will be driving to another in the future, it has really fell off this last couple months. Go to the Elkton instead everyone, this place is a waste of money

Don’t normally go to subway and won’t again. $8 for roast beef half sub. Had a quarter inch of meat on only about 4″ of the sub. Last two inches had no meat. Publix needs to open sub shops to put this pathetic chain out

Lettuce was absolutely horrible. Shredded brown and white stuff. Tomatoes were over ripe or beat up, I don’t know which. Ordered extra topping. Didn’t get it. 3 people working and it couldn’t be better than this? Never have all that you order. Like cookies

I would normally give a 5 for the customer service except for the fact that this last Thursday I went in for a couple subs. And I let the guys behind the counter know that I had an allergy and requested a new knife. The tall one with brown hair and tattoos then rolled his eyes and huffed because he had to go to the back to get one then proceeded to come up front and lay the knife in a bit of mayo on the counter. And still was being arrogant. So not only did the sub I receive go to my fiance but the customer service was rude and unexceptable
