I finished my driving shift for the day. I go in to get some food at Subway. A protein bowl to be exact. The employee whose name is Chris. Was making my protein bowl. He’s doing the veggies and then he gets to the meat. And he starts putting whole pieces of meat the size of pancakes on top of my protein bowl salad. And I ask him hey can you cut the meat please? And he says that they don’t cut the meat anymore on protein bowls. He says they stopped doing it three years ago. Me knowing that’s a blatant lie. I drive all over the country. There’s subways in every truckstop. And if they do anything, they cut the meat on a protein bowl so I told him I don’t want it. I talked to a manager. And he told me the same thing that they don’t cut the meat anymore. I don’t care about the veggies. But at least cut the meat. You guys just give out a fork. And expect people to eat a salad with pancake sized meat on it uncut. I find it to be very unprofessional. I find it to be lazy. You cut bread all day. But you can’t cut the meat for the salad? And the employee, Chris insults my intelligence. By telling me they don’t have The tools to cut the meat. I said you got a dozen knives. He tells me that they can’t use those for cutting meat. what sense does that make??? You’re cutting through sandwiches that have meat all through them. They use them in every state that I go to. i’m calling the corporate office tomorrow to address this. Because this is ridiculous. Truck drivers are your business. When we come off the road we want food. And then you have employees that don’t feel like doing something. Just lie to your face. When you eat Subway all the time all over the country. I didn’t ask him to perform brain surgery. I just asked him to cut the meat on my protein bowl. When you have employees that can care less about your business working for you. It looks bad on your store. You’re Employees represent the company. The manager had to come out and cut the meat for my protein bowl. Because Chris just didn’t feel like doing his job.

It’s supposed to be a 24/7 subway but more times than not it is closed at night with staff never being there. Instead they put up this sign that says they will return in 30 minutes but never do if I stick around long enough. Management needs to sort this out since they are literally having money walk out the door. If you are reading this review skip this subway if you are going at night since you won’t know if they will even serve you.

White older lady heavyset does not know how to make a sub or wrap 10am shift 08/20/21 we ordered two 12 inch steak and cheese subs with chicken as a extra meat we all know on a 12 inch wrap or sub 4 slices of cheese goes on it she puts 2 slices tell me that’s how it goes … wrong I been to over 100 subway locations never ran into this then charges us for extra cheese Cause we wanted shredded too someone needs to teach this lady properly she is most definitely set in her ways

I was going to order the beast, I’ve had this sandwich at numerous subways from several states. I always request to replace the pepperoni with turkey, because the pepperoni more often then not give me a bad case of acid reflux. I’ve had no problems from other stores, in fact all of them were happy to help me out. I asked to replace the pepperoni with turkey here and was told that they can’t do that, if they did it would be an extra charge, that’s really odd, so to replace one meat with a different meat costs extra ? That makes no sense to me at all. I chose not to order the sandwich after that. I just ordered a cantina chicken bowl from Taco Bell. I saved money. Needless to say, I won’t be spending money at this subway

Went into this subway today and everything was clean, neat and stocked so I was not expecting any problems but when I ordered my wrap I wanted everything to be double/extra as if it was a foot long sub on a 6in wrap and that was well explained to the older heavy set white lady and which she said she could do but once she put the cheese on she put 2 slices and a couple pieces Of shredded cheese and I’m telling her it was suppose to be more because your charging me for a 12in not a 6in . But she said I was wrong and I was not.

Only got 2 subs this morning since they mail coupons to my residence all the time. Male sandwich artist was perfectly polite and made my subs correctly. Older, white, heavy set woman rang me up and ripped my coupon out of my hands

I see flies flying and landing on the bread just laying out in the back they never closed the lids to the food and had several flies landing on the food. I immediately cancelled my order and left. This is just a disgusting and sick establishment I will never return.

I have never written a review of any place of business before. But after the experience I had while visiting this Subway, I really felt compelled to share…After only a few minute wait, I was asked what I wanted in the traditional fashion. But…..it was a dwarf, a little person, or whatever P.C. version you prefer. I have no problem with the little people at all. But this fella couldn’t reach the product in the production counter, so he went to the back and came back with a filthy plastic stool
to stand on and proceeded to reach back into the production counter for each selection of the chosen addition I had made for my sandwich. His shirt was filthy, and got filthier with every lean into the counter. Being so short he was FORCED to come into contact with the food with his fabric covered belly flesh all the way up to his chest. That alone wasn’t what turned my appetite into borderline nausea. It was the fact that NOT ONCE had he washed his hands. He wasn’t wearing a hairnet, or hat. The stool he handled directly before starting on my sandwich was on the floor and was stained filthy. Every reach his dirty shirt came in contact with the food. And last but not least his little hands and fingers weren’t big enough to properly fold the sandwich let alone even make one, and then he didn’t even bother to attempt to roll or fold the sandwich in to the paper in the traditional Subway fashion. When I received the sandwich from him I saw his shirt said Team leader or something like that. Well, instead of eating the sandwich I walked to the nearest trash can threw the sandwich away and went to the nearest Macdonalds….

Bad experience, waiting for getting some food, nobody came out of kitchen, then went to get pizza from pilot but they were not ready too at 6 am, had to go back to subway, after ringing their bell two time one lady showed up, without washing hand, didn’t greet, didn’t even asked what i wanted, she looked at my face expressing if i want something, i had no choice so i ordered my food, final words very bad experience in this subway restaurant located inside pilot truck stop.
