I was on my way back to Pennsylvania from a vacation i took with my girlfriend, saw this subway and thought to myself that sounded like a good meal. Came in right as they opened, the person who made our sandwiches was kind and very welcoming to us. Also checked in on us through out our time eating, was a very nice experience.

I have been a regular at this location for many years now. I live about 3 min away from here. Their food and service is always great here. They will toast the sub extra if you prefer it like myself. All the employees have been pleasant to deal with over the past six years I have lived here. I normally do not write reviews, but I saw this Subway had two negative & completely unfair reviews recently! The owners of another business in this shopping center (which I won’t name because I am a customer of theirs as well) wrote this Subway two different 1-Star reviews. I have been to this Subway many times as soon as they open as it works best at that time for my schedule. The owner of their neighboring business will also wait outside this Subway, until the owner of this Subway opened the doors at 10am to fill up her cup of ice. I have seen this between 3-5 times myself, with my own two eyes!!! Never did she buy anything, just waits until 10am sharp to come and get her free ice for the day. I think that is unfair and taking advantage of someone. Per their reviews, the owner of this Subway finally said something. Once the owner decided to stand up for himself, the owners of the neighboring business decided to write two 1-Star reviews. I am not okay with this and this is not something that will be accepted in our Thornburg area!!! We will not allow others to move into our area and bully us!! I will speak to the two owners of the business that left their unnecessary reviews and let them know exactly how I feel about what they did.

Food and service was awesome. My family came in about 20 minutes to closing, they never rushed us out, they never made us feel like they wanted us out. Even after we ordered and it was 10 minutes to close, they still never batted and eye. They was very nice. It was a scruffy beared black guy (sorry, didn’t see ur name tag lol) and a light skinned female.) I’m a business owner and I would be proud of my staff for treating guest with the same hospitality as these two did.. Thank you

This subway owner is an hateful individual, rude, disrespectful. After years of my sister getting water and ice in her own cup he told her no more and had to pay for it. She did this everyday and now he told her no more while he allows others too. His prices alone are ridiculous but his attitude toward women is disgusting. My sister doesn’t deserve that and I won’t support that store ever because of it and I use to buy their but no more. His attitude toward anyone who disagrees with him is so un professional. This store needs to close down or get a new owner who cares about the customers and neighbors. I will stand with my sister no matter what against anyone who treats her like she is a no body especially since she has her business in that area and he’s only one who treats her that way. Never will I step foot in that store again. LOSER LOSER

This Thornburg Subway after many years refused to allow another business owner to Get water that she has done for many years . She provided her own cup and they told her she could no longer get water . That she would have to pay for it . Water is free at every other restaurant I know of . This is a good way to not have people come to your subway that you are so ridiculous to deny water. I will never go to this subway again . Rude

The customer service at this location is crazy good! I highly recommend coming here. They got us in and out very fast, were very COVID-safe, and made us feel welcome. I usually never leave a review at fast food places but this location deserves it!
