I had a very good experience at Subway! The food was fresh, tasty, and made exactly how I wanted. All the ingredients looked clean and well-prepared, and the sandwiches were neatly made. The vegetables were fresh, the bread smelled freshly baked.

The cleanliness of the store really stood out — the tables, counters, and floor were spotless. The staff kept everything organized and made sure the food area stayed tidy. I also noticed that they wore gloves and followed proper hygiene while preparing the food, which made me feel confident about the quality and safety of my meal.

The store atmosphere was pleasant, and the employees were polite, quick, and professional. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit — great food, excellent cleanliness, and friendly service!

Great food and even better service. Everything was fresh, fast, and exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly and kept the place spotless. Easily one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had.

Ordered a BMT. The second bite tasted like feces. Systematically tried each individual topping to narrow down the culprit. It was the jalapeños. Vomited an hour later, food poisoning the next day with stomach trouble the whole night. Called and warned the company after figuring out the cause; they said they were too busy and would call back. That never happened. When confronted in person, they tried to gaslight us and say it was the olives. They got rid of the olives. They would not refund. Gave us another sandwich. Where is the logic in that? Avoid this place.

Owner was rude and bullying. I understand policies like no coupons or rewards, but threatening to decline future orders if customers raise concerns is unprofessional. This behavior discourages repeat business and reflects poorly on the brand. I contacted corporate and I’ll never return to this location.

Compared to other Subway locations, this one in Locust Grove is extremely disappointing. They never honor coupons or national specials, and sandwiches consistently feel smaller with less meat and fewer vegetables than advertised. Online orders are even worse, they use smaller portions than they do for in-store orders.

The service is unprofessional — the owner can be quite rude, and the overall experience feels rushed and careless. I’ve also noticed questionable food handling practices, like keeping ingredients past their prime and storing dirty equipment on the sidewalk in front of the store. This location falls far below the standard I’ve come to expect from a national chain like Subway.

I moved here a month ago and honestly going to this Subway location has been by far the most warm-welcoming and positive experience for the first time in my life. I absolutely love the energy and had no trouble or any sort of bad encounter with the service there. It’s the only Subway location that I love going to and that I feel most welcomed and comfortable in. The environment is calm and the service is REALLY friendly. All it takes is to be respectful and patient and you’ll have the greatest conversations with these workers. They never fail to make me smile when I step inside the place. Will go there again and again and again.

Avoid this location at all cost! We order online for the buy footlong get one for a $1. My order went thru and then when I arrived at store they canceled the ordered. I asked if they would place my order in store for the same price and the lady got aggressive and said no. She said this happens a lot. Just pay full price. Bad service awful. Worth the drive to head to Harrison crossing. They honor internet deals and subs are fresher and better!

I ordered steak n cheese subs. We we got home it LITERALLY looked like there was NOTHING on my bread. It LOKED LIKE A BREAD SANDWICH. You couldn’t see anything but the bread. We also bought a few other subs. The meatball sub again appeared to not have ANYTHING on it. The were a few meatballs on it however they were so small and the meatball was MUSHY!! Do not waste your money. I spent over $65 dollars. Very disappointed!!

The owners of this Subway consistently give small portions. I understand that we’re in a rough economy but are you really saving big bucks by only putting 2-3 pieces of each vegetable on a footlong sub? When you unwrap your sub it appears to only be bread at first. My husband and I just spent $36 on only 2 footlongs. No drinks, no chips..nothing else. $36!!! I don’t appear to be the only reviewer with this issue either. Also, seeing their unprofessional responses to other reviews makes it obvious they don’t care about their customers – only their profit!
