The door was locked and the woman inside behind the counter taking bread out looked at me and threw her hands up in the air and started mouthing something???? Then motions for me to move on ???? She didn’t seem to happy. I hadn’t been to this location in a long time and now I remember why….. will never go back.
I had a chopped salad, usually it’s full of salad and delicious (when I go to Ladysmith location). This salad is very sad looking and soggy…
I will say the lady that rang me up (I believe she is in training, was fantastic) the owner/supervisor on the other hand is who made my salad.
I will not be ordering another salad from this location, again.
I told her I understand that she is by herself but how is that the customers fault. Unfortunately I had to leave the subs there because Sara started to be more sarcastic .
I’m not sure why Sara is the way she is but 1 guess would be that she was by herself and it probably happens often.
Subway how do you cut off a special to your customers especially when this location needs business?
Subway how is that the customers fault if you are short staffed?
Subway I’ve worked in the Restaurant industry a long time and this is not how you should do things.
Subway I need the District Mgr or the Corporate office to reach out to me ASAP.

Staff was switched up awhile back and it’s been great since! I now recommend this one equally to the Carmel church 95 one.

Workers were texting and didn’t seem to care, almost walked on the order since it seemed like such an inconvenience for them to make it.
We were rushed and made to feel like it was past close or something at only 5pm. Not a pleasant experience.
I’d recommend the other Subway by 95.
Drove home so we could eat them, open it up and no meat at all in it.
Also some other stuff I ordered was missing from the salads.
I understand about supply chain issues, the person that prepared this, could of let my husband and I know what is going on, gave us other options but they did not.
Will not be buying from there again.
