I was excited to see that Subway was open this early in the morning. However, to my surprise as I stepped into the store, I was greeted by foreign music. I asked the server that was working, if she could let me know what type of music was playing but she had no response. I was not trying to be rude or insensitive just didn’t understand why. Quite frankly, I found it offensive that anyone would play foreign music in an American Sandwich shop of all places. I could understand if I was in a foreign restaurant and that particular music was playing. I would have no problem with that. I asked the attendant if she could please let her manager know that I did not feel comfortable with the music playing in the background. She told me that was automated – started when Subway opened and stopped when closed. She also stated that there was no manager, only the owner which comes in periodically unannounced. So I told her if she could let him know of my concerns. She responded that I can go and share my opinion on this platform. So here it is. Furthermore, I noticed that the tomatoes were frozen, as well as the bell peppers, cucumbers, and pickles, so I’ve had a very plain sandwich. I will not eat there again.

Service was horrible. Young guy in there obviously didn’t want to be there. Slinging food, slapping things around. The store was out of what we wanted and the order was messed up even though we asked for specific toppings. I mean it’s Subway. Should be simple but we won’t go back to this one!

As you can see by the pictures, this sub looks like it was half eaten before I got it. They claim this is their big sub? This is embarrassing and a disaster and I will never shop at Subway again. No wonder they’re losing corporate stores left and right

Just stopped in to grab dinner and had the pleasure of meeting the owner/operator Kamal, he is the best! He was there himself managing the dinner hour and was very welcoming. The store is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been in when it comes to subway and he paid special attention to my mother’s vegetarian sub as I ordered a meat option. The food even tasted better than usual from other subways. This location in particular will become a go to for dinner after a busy work day. Highly recommend.

This review is two-fold: FIrst is the atrociousness of the Subway app… Tried to place an order here and the app was just stuck on processing/submitting the order to this location…All the information was on my iPad in the app and I was charged for the order. That then leads to the problem at this location when I arrived. (Oh and did I mention hardly any promotion codes would work? I’ve never encountered that problem here with previous orders).
I arrive and find there is no pickup order on the shelf for me. Give the guy there my name and he says they don’t have the order. Go to my email to find the confirmation and of course it isn’t there. And since my order was done on my iPad at home I had to return home, grab it, drive back out here and I presented the order to them. “We can’t make the subs if it isn’t in our system” and yet I have all the details of which subs, toppings, etc right there in front of him. Can’t do it even though I had been charged on my card for the order. “You’ll get a credit for the order” is what I’m told. Then they decide to go in the back. Guess they just didn’t want to care about their customer that spent their time and fuel twice!
Funnily enough the last time I was here picking up an order they had messed the order up where they had put the toppings for my sandwich on someone else’s in my order. I’m an “All-Star” user on their Subway app and with the app problems and this location’s unwillingness to work with their customers gives me a bad & disappointing outlook on Subway.

Absolutely wonderful experience today. The owner was the only one in when I was there, was welcoming, apologetic for the wait (even though it was only one other person), very kind and we had nice conversation. The restaurant was clean and my sandwich was delicious

Jamal was amazing. We had a group of 56 people from Wisconsin out visiting the Chancellorsville battlefield and needing a lunch break. Kamala was there with 46 delicious sandwiches even before we arrived. All 46 sandwiches were made to order perfectly! I worked recommended him for your next party!! Thank you, Kamal! Love ya

Went yesterday and had a wonderful conversation with the new owner. What stood out the most was the cleanliness. Everything was fresh and care was taking in making my sandwich just the way I like it. So happy for the new ownership and all the changes!
