I was hangry when my order was made incorrectly. When I walked in, I was greeted by Katrina with a positive, upbeat attitude. I told her my problem and she was very apologetic about it. She remade my sandwich my making me and other customers laugh. I love the energy she gives! Katrina definitely deserves to be showered with honor and appreciation! Thank you Katrina!

Restaurant was open but the dining room was closed because the employees didn’t want to be inconvenienced by having to clean the tables. Also, one of the employees was blasting some very inappropriate music for a retail environment from his phone. I won’t ever return to this establishment.

I found hair in my food, I brought this up to the cashier and all she offered was to make another sandwich for me. I don’t need a sandwich, at least not one after knowing the food in the restaurant is contaminated.

I want to point out that the staff was nice and courteous. However, they were out of basic meatball, didn’t ask if we wanted the sandwich as it comes or to customize it (subway is know for their options so we assumed we would be asked). The customer before us, they jad to remake his sub 3 times because they unfortunately could not speak or understand English very well. Both associates were nice and tried their best but overall it was a disappointing experience. Looks like it was just a hard night for them, but they really did try to provide good service.

Food was good and the place was clean but they did not let me wash my hands in the bathroom. I wanted to wash my hands since I was gonna use them to eat my sandwich. Does not make any sense. I asked where she uses the bathroom and her response was oh we go to wawa across the street! Yeah right !!
