Ordered at 10:05 for quick mobile pickup. Arrived 10:17—order wasn’t started, staff delayed and helped walk-ins first. Still waiting at 10:40 (nearly an hour). Unacceptable Subway service; requesting compensation for time.

I come in here all the time for something quick and cheap. Today i received excellent service from both Arafat and Bahar, two hard working team members that care about their rapport. Even with a line of 6 people, I was paying with my sandwich in hand within minutes. They never disappoint, and are very personable with their customers, I’ll definitely be back!

One of the only subways in the area that serves breakfast… not only that, but the location is always clean, someone is at the front to greet customers, and the owner makes cameo appearances quite often! I go out of my way to stop in several times a week to patronize this particular Subway as a way of supporting small business owners that do it right and care about the customer experience!

I asked for more pickles on my sandwich and they said they’d have to charge me. There were 3 pickles on a full size sandwich. Ridiculous, pickles cost cents and you lost a customer over cents.

Definitely not impressed. Whoever made my sandwich did not read the order. I asked for toasted, it was barely toasted. I asked for provolone cheese, there was absolutely no cheese. I asked for black olives. They put on one 1/2 of the sandwich. I asked for light mustard, and that was all I could taste in the sandwich. The sandwich was slopped together and very appetizing. I did not enjoy the sandwich because all I could taste was the mustard. I’m not a big fan of Subway in general and am less of one now.
