Every time I visit this location, I ask the staff about the Veggie Patty option and they always respond that it’s not available. What’s more frustrating is that the staff often seem uninterested in checking or providing any explanation, simply saying “we don’t have it.” Recently, they’ve even started claiming that the Veggie Patty has been removed from the menu entirely, which I know isn’t true since it’s still listed on Subway’s official website and available at other branches.

It feels like the staff either don’t want to make the effort to prepare or stock the item, or there’s a consistent supply issue at this location that needs to be addressed. Either way, it’s disappointing, especially for customers like me who rely on vegetarian options.

If you want your Sub made right Steven is your Guy. Every time I see him in duty I stop in. He pays attention to detail and does exactly what you want. He’s a fantastic sandwich artist and makes them as if he’s making them for himself. Highly recommend stopping by. Very friendly and superb service.

Made an online order. When I arrived was told there were no online orders to be picked up. That the only one she had just walked out the door. Only after I showed my phone did she decide to produce my order. No apology. No cookie for waiting.

I ordered a veggie wrap with American cheese, green peppers, spinach black olives, lettuce, and mayonnaise and I said remove tomatoes, remove cucumbers, remove onions. The wrap I got only included the saying that I said to remove. Whoever read my order and made my wrap needs to learn to read. I was very dissatisfied with my veggie wrap received took one bite. The rest is in the trash and I’m pretty sure the wrap may have had mold in it too.

I always had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The customer service was terrible— the ladies working there were extremely rude and unprofessional. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and made me feel like I was bothering them just by ordering food. There was no greeting, and they barely communicated. It honestly made the whole visit uncomfortable. I expect better treatment as a customer

Each time I visit this place. It’s always this one lady/ possibly team leader that is stone cold. Never speaks and/ avoids having to take my order. Very stoic and unfriendly. As Dora as all the rest they a great and professional

The two Hispanic ladies were rude. They didn’t greet or have patience. When I asked what different kinds of breads do you have. She stared at me then I asked again and she pointed and walked away. The other lady added stuff to my sandwich when what I was saying was that the lettuce and spinach looked old and brown. They were not friendly or welcoming. I will never go back.

Considering its past reviews this location has gotten better. I would have given 5 stars but some of my orders looked as if I owed the owner some money and they took some meat off to pay my debt. I can say that because on some days my subs are full….. I suppose it depends on the server. Also, I am not being unreasonable. For a sub called “The Monster” id expect what is in the description.

I have gone to this Subway several times over the years a lot of times we’re going in only at 6:30 or 7 p.m. and they are always out of soup meatballs roast beef certain meats or breads the newest thing is every time we go in we have actually been getting what we’ve been asking for except for toppings every time we’ve asked for oregano pepper or Parmesan cheese they are always out the last three times we have been in there we have asked for a roast beef sandwich they say they are already out now as of Monday they tell me they will no longer carry roast beef a menu item that is on subway how is this possible and they said they will no longer use oregano or pepper what kind of sandwiches can you make you have it on the menu but you will not sell it they said it was a store owners decision this is not a Subway this is a hole in the wall where they are selling subs that they want to make not what the customers want and if you look on the previous reviews there are several other people complaining there’s no roast beef I think they have lost my business just because you’re 5 minutes away does not mean I will continue going there I can drive to another Subway it’s 15 minutes away and get what we want
