They canceled my app order because it was a free sub from my SUBWAY APP REWARDS. They also don’t honor coupons and make up rules that aren’t on the coupon. I walked in and ordered a roast beef sub and when I went to use the coupon, I was told that the manager said not to accept coupons for roast beef… I read the fine print on the coupon…there were no such exclusions. It seems like they want to act like they’re not part of the franchise and don’t honor the rewards rules.

This Subway is hands-down the best one in the area. The service is always great, and the food just seems fresher and better made compared to the other locations. Plus, the place is super clean, which I really appreciate.
I found out it’s under new management, and it shows—everything about it has improved so much. I actually go out of my way to come to this location now because it’s just that much better than the others.

If Google Reviews allowed half stars, I’d give them 3 and a half. My meatball sub was pretty good even though the bread was obviously day-old bread and not fresh. The “Sandwich Artist” that assisted me was polite, but seemed like he was still learning his job. The dining area was kind of a mess. Chairs weren’t pushed under the tables and there was trash on the floor. I don’t think it had been cleaned from the prior day. There were no straws and no small lids because no one had restocked them from the previous day. Two of the drink options were out of service. This place definitely needs some better management and attention to detail.
