This store is completely ridiculous. They do not accept coupons and I did not find this out until after placing an order. I placed an order because I had a free sub after multiple orders at this place. This time I arrive at the store only be told my order was canceled. I can respect them, not accepting coupons, but then get off the Subway® app because they just voided my reward for no reason. So now I lost my reward, was late for work because I could not get my sandwich ready for a quick pick up and I have to re-order.

I went in specifically because we had a coupon… pulled off the highway and detoured during our 13 hour drive…. to find out they don’t accept coupons. No explanation. Food was good and people were friendly, but no reason given. Just a sign I saw after we ordered.

I hate to day it but I’m done with subway after decades of eating subway sandwiches all over the world. Paid $15 for a for foot long sandwich wrap today and didn’t even get chips or a drink!! Subway used to be very affordable, convenient, reliable and quick alternative for a meal. Guess that day is over. Getting too pricey for a quick bite to eat.

I visited this Subway location recently and was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a male and a female employee engaging in inappropriate public displays of affection in the middle of the store, completely disregarding the customers. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
To make matters worse, when I placed my order, the least experienced employee had difficulty processing it and had to seek help from the same female employee who was too preoccupied making out with her colleague to assist properly. She simply shouted instructions from across the store and continued her personal activities instead of providing proper customer service.
The lack of professionalism and customer care was evident throughout my visit. I had intended to dine in but the atmosphere was so unappealing that I opted to eat outside instead. To top it off, when I opened my sandwich, it looked horrendous and was clearly made carelessly.
I strongly recommend that the management of this Subway location take immediate action to address the behavior of their staff and ensure that customers are treated with respect and receive the quality service they deserve. I hope my feedback serves as a wake-up call for improvement.”

Please avoid this subway at all cost. Owner won’t honor corperate’s buy 3 get 1 free deal. Refuse to cooperate with customer to resolve the issue. Employee yell at customer NO! then lied to customer saying order does not show up in the system. Then later said order was cancelled on purpose by the owner. Then ignored customer for 10 minutes before telling customer please do not come back to this store again. Horrible experience and will never take my business to this location.

This store will take your online order and not fulfill it because they don’t want to honor corporate deals. Turn it off or at least notify me so you’re not wasting my time. No apology, just we don’t accept coupons.

i bought a basic tuna sandwich footlong and it came out to be 14 dollars, all the other subway locations are way cheaper than this, go someplace else PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

My family and I have been going to the subway for many years now. You know what you get at Subway – clean, fresh sandwiches that are always consistent every time we go. What makes this subway stand out and prompts us to choose this subway over all others in the area is the service, the kindness of the staff and the owner Mr. Sid, and very high standard of cleanliness of the shop. The staff always welcome us with a kind smile and warm greeting. They remember us every time we come in, and they make us feel a part of the community. The rare time there is an issue, which is usually due to my son dropping his cookie or spilling a drink, the staff treated us with kindness and understanding. Mr. Sid and the staff there are what make the experience of this subway special!
