What happened!?! Big changes!? You open at 9am and it’s 10:20am and your not open. You have had customers waiting since 9am We have tried to get the managers attention (who is in the store) and he is ignoring us. You are losing customers! We want the old subway back. Conveniently located inside lorton station plaza. The shop was clean and tidy. One server was there to help make the subs and check out but she was speedy. Recommend.

You always have only one person waiting on customers and cashing them out. The current staff member is not equipped to do both in a timely manner. She has yet to reach out to someone who is in back to assist her. She has a long line. Not sure why no one is checking the line. They are always out of bread. How are you out of bread at 2:13 pm. Disappointing. This used to be a fast paced place.

Used the online app to pick-up at this location. On the app, it said food was ready at 1 but when we arrived they had not even started the order. Had to stand in line because they refused to start our order until we were next in line. Terrible service of late. New owners?

They’re afraid to give you enough food to even get satisfied. I had to ask for more and was afraid to be charged for it when the extra was actually a proper amount. This, coming from a person who eats like a bird. So my kids say.

I use the app to order and pay. There is plenty of parking, curbside pick up, take away, dine inside or outside. The staff is friendly and efficient. I earn points with the app and typically have a special offer available. Good food, good price.
