I knew subway was stingy on the meat but the footlong roast beef I got the other day only had 6 slices of meat. I’m sure that’s not even what the franchise specifies, I can only conclude that they are trying to cut costs by using less meat. The sandwich tasted like bread and vegetables and was not at all satisfying. I will not go to subway any longer and would caution people to steer clear of this location or watch carefully while they “prepare” your food.
Does this look like a sandwich, let alone what is portrayed in the photo on their menu. This cost $14, total rip off.

I’ve never had an issue before when I order and get my food delivered, until today. I ordered a foot-long sandwich and two cookies; the only thing that I received right was the two cookies. Unfortunately I never got my foot-long sandwich; they gave me a 6-inch instead, which is half of a foot long. The employees have to do better and double-check before they send off someone’s food because we pay for it to be delivered and expect that everything we order is there and correct.

ordered through the Subway app, was charged, but when I arrived, the owner said they didn’t have the order and couldn’t help, even after I showed proof of payment. The right thing would’ve been to make the order. Poor judgment and terrible customer service. Too many Subways around for me to come back here. Just sharing for future customers’ awareness.

sandwiches were good but they messed up the bread on two of my sandwiches. I asked for wheat bread and then I think they got me the hearty grain one and I told the guy working there that I asked for wheat bread on both sandwiches. He proceeded to only change the bread on one of the sandwiches and when I noticed he forgot about the other one he was already making the sandwich so I didn’t want to cause a scene. But also he kept asking me to repeat stuff over and over again even though I told him multiple times what I wanted which was the same on two of the sandwiches I got (Black Forest Ham and pepperoni on wheat bread toasted with pepper jack cheese jalapeños chipotle sauce and creamy sriracha sauce. The other one was the fiery meatball. It wasn’t even really that busy so I don’t know why they were acting like it was during a rush. Also the sprite in the soda machine was out of syrup as well.

Great quick subs. They have an awesome drive-thru. Just a quick tip would be if they could trim the bushes by the drive-thru so it doesn’t scratch the cars.

Honestly I been there only one time and I liked the environment it was clean compared to other subways that I’ve been. The lady who prepared our food was polite. I will go there if I want to go to subway.
