(Today 10/24/25) We go to subway faithfully. But will not continue to come to this subway (Pocomoke subway by far is the best one!!) EVERY time we ask for soft bread a not toasted it’s hard. When you ask for it to be remade we are told it is soft but we will remake it or it soft enough or all the bread is just like that. And sometimes they don’t even wrap the subs all the way a piece is exposed to the outside air.

Whoever works on the evening shift is really tanking lately. I’ve ordered online like 4 times in the last 2 months and every single time the subs are made wrong. This time is the final straw. 10-2-25. All 3 subs wrong. Wrong bread. One hot sub not toasted at all and 2 with rock hard bread and not what we asked for on them. My son won’t eat his food now because it’s wrong and he’s 5. I shouldn’t have to check my subway sub to see if it’s made right before I get home … I live 15 minutes away and it’s almost 9pm. I’m not driving back to get it fixed. This is ridiculous.

I came in and ordered the cold cut combo with extra meat. But did I get it No but I was charged for it. This is not the first time it has happened to me. I’m tired of not getting what I pay for and I won’t be returning.

Waited 10 min, an employee came out of the back 2x’s and completely ignored us. I asked if they were open and they still ignored us. There was another employee washing dishes, who I could see, so I know they could see us, but completely ignored us. So we’re taking our money elsewhere. It’s 2:15 pm on a Saturday afternoon, not like a lunch rush, there was no one else in line. I know it’s hard to find good help these days but this place is doomed if these are the people running it. Where is management???

Worst Customer Service!
I just went for a sandwich and the employee lady she was sitting down in the dining area on her phone and when she saw that I wanted to buy food she went back to work and she didn’t even say HI or HOW CAN I HELP YOU… nothing
I ordered my sandwich and she didn’t even ask If I wanted toasted or not, she didn’t care for anything because she didn’t ask me if I wanted to do any modifications, I did have to said everything and she was adding the ingredients like in a bad attitude like she didn’t care.
I paid and I said THANK YOU, HAVE A GOOD ONE and she didn’t say anything like I wasn’t there because she was busy having a conversation with her coworker
SUBWAY Owners, PLEASE hire people that really want to work and care about customer service

I usually have a fine time dealing with the employees at this restaurant. But tonight I go and wait 5 minutes with them literally looking at me until I finally asked if they’re open and they say actually we’re in shift change it’ll be another 5 to 10 minutes. And they could not have told me that while I was waiting all ready for 5 minutes? So an extra star 4 usually being okay.
