First time I came here the food was mediocre. Lettuce was brown cheese was hard and meat dry, second time I i tried I Walked in 47 min before they closed according to the door, website and even door dash.. *door was unlocked, was told they were closed, walked outside the rep said go to the subway in Walmart after seeing I was on a bike … Won’t be back

Worst Subway I’ve been to. I’m a regular, I visit at least 2 times a week. Every time I place an order online it’s never ready and I watch them make it. Today I watched them touch their faces with facial hair with gloves on before making a sub, then after I told them I’m allergic to onions they tried to just take them off after basically shredding them into my sub. Most of the time I watch 2 workers talk while 1 employee is making the subs when there’s a line.

Best subway i ever been too hands down. Employees were super friendly and funny. They asked me how clean the store was and honestly was very clean. I recommend this store to anyone. The only thing that was missing was Swiss cheese. But other than that i enjoyed every second. We will be back!!!!

Lack of customer service unbelievable! Walking in to subway I noticed the young man rubbing his face with gloves on. I spoke to him and made a request for him to change gloves he stated I just put these on, okay but can you change your gloves, he stated once again I just put them on. I requested once again that he changed the gloves, yes or no. Surprise he said no! In town visiting family of 13 wanted some subway sandwich (very affordable). We decided to leave Subway!!!!

WARNING avoid this place at all costs!!!
My family arrived in ocean city and after a long day driving we decided to get take out of subway. My father drove their ordered sandwich’s and realized he forgot his wallet. He told the workers that he was going to get his wallet to pay for the food as it was only 730 and the store is open until 9 on Sunday. He returned twenty minutes later with credit card in hand to find the store closed with the sandwich’s and the two gift cards he used to pay for part of the bill inside. Employees weren’t even wearing masks and on top of everything don’t have any steak or ham.
GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
