Everything was good except when finished my wife was instructed to go pay and come back to take the food. When I asked why didn’t you give us they receipt while we were waiting, we could have had that done already. The lady copped an attitude about it and didn’t seem to care.

If I could throw no stars I would. I waited in line there at subway inside AC&T… at the order here sign. I was totally ignored and there were 3 subs/wraps being made. One customer was ordering as I stood there. I waited and waited. Than I was waited on after standing there 15 minutes as a ghost. I told her I was waiting on when i would be able to order. I was told “oh yea, I had to refill the bar” but subs/wraps were being made!!! Sii ok rudely questioned me this that… not very hss as ply considering that took my lunch break away.

Went there just a few minutes ago for a late snack. Walked up to the counter and said “God evening, how are you?” and got no answer from the white young girl at the counter. Thinking she did not hear me, I repeated myself again. The reply I got back was “what can I get you!” I’m sorry, but I was raised to greet everyone with a courteous “hello, how are you?” and/or “Hi, how may I help you?” if you are a service type business. How awful that common courtesy has disappeared in society now. Will definitely never buy a thing from this place ever again. Been filling up with gas there for years, but never went inside for anything; until today. How sad that one person just ruined repeated, daily, business for the entire establishment; in less than a minute. Worst customer service ever! If you don’t like where you work, then find a different job. If you don’t care much for minorities, then I feel so sorry for you as a human being.

They either make your sub perfect or they screw it all up. I get 1 of 3 different subs each time I go and there’s been multiple times that I get the same sub with the same everything on it and it taste totally different. I don’t know if it’s a matter of how fresh the ingredients are or how their put together. Because of the 2 broad ends of the spectrum I decided 3 out of 5 due to there being no in between.

I ordered 2 subs there on July 6, 2020. They were both cold cuts. The employee that was making my subs acted like I was inconveniencing her, she slapped them together. Some of the toppings weren’t first quality neither. Upon getting ready to consume my sub at home, I observed that the meat on both my subs were spoiled!! I then called and spoke with the manager. She was not empathetic whatsoever. She chuckled at me as if my opinion did not matter. I thought this was extremely rude on her part, especially being the manager!! I returned the subs that same day for a refund. Subway….I have been a valued customer for years since you came to AC&T in Smithsburg. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances, you have lost one of your best customers!! I am CERTAINLY NOT getting food poisoning as I have Clients that depend on me daily to care for them. A spoiled sub is certainly not worth my life and disappointing my Clients!!!

Our subway is not open 24 hours since February 2023 I don’t know why it still says it. We open at 9am and close at 10pm. We also no longer make breakfast sandwiches.
