The sandwich I had was good. The ownership however is very cheap; coupons not allowed; no restrooms unless you’re a customer; they ask you not to use much toilet paper… it’s like Mr. Krabs runs this place.

Service is horrible. Girl taking my order never smiles. I need to repeat everything 3 times. She does not listen and ultimately gets it wrong. She acts like we are a inconvenience. I have tried several times. Always an unpleasant experience. I now drive 4 miles out of my way to go to the Subway in Urbana. Much better. Night and Day

Can’t say I’ve had the best experience here. In January I had come here for 3 sandwiches. 1 for myself, 1 for my fiance and 1 for his uncle. The lady who served us really didn’t seem like she wanted to make our sandwiches, hardly put any of the toppings we requested (I get more from other subways), and she kept mumbling under her breath when my fiance asked for extra toppings. I never really had a poor experience at any other subways and didn’t think this one would be any different. Giving 2 stars because the sandwiches were very tasty and Though poor attitude from the worker, the tasty sandwiches deserve 5 stars!

I ordered a sub and some cookies online and they charged my credit card. I went in to pick up my order and the woman working told me that they did not have my order and that it was my fault for placing my order on a computer and not a cell phone. She admitted that she was scamming other customers that ordered through a computer by refusing to make their orders too. I was told, “next time use your phone” about 10x times before I left. Now I have to sit on customer service with my credit card to do a charge back. I would avoid this location and maybe Subway all together. They blatantly scammed me for $10.

I was impressed with the large portions included in making their subs. The service was great with care to seal each package for excellent delivery. This customer was very happy with their meal. Convenient location.

Worker was cleaning oven. Online order came in and she never washed her hands. She did put gloves on first but never washed her hands after cleaning oven. I’m sure health inspectors would not be too happy.
