I just paid $9.11 for two slices of roast beef a pinch of onions, and a few banana peppers on a 6″ roll. No drinks. No chips. Just an insultingly skimpy 6″ sandwich for damned near $10. If you’re looking for value, do not come here. You will be disappointed.

Walked up to the counter, and Hannah was just finishing ringing a customer up. As soon as she saw me, she looked instantly put out. I ordered a double meat meatball sub for the second time in 10 days, and same as the first time I was told they couldn’t make it. It was 11 am, so the store hadn’t been open that long, which was also the case last week. I used to enjoy this location, and with coupons through pilot it was even nicer. I’ll never order anything from here again, and I advise others to take their money ANYWHERE else.

This Place deserves no stars but what do you expect from a place that cares more about margins then the satisfaction of there customers. Whatever you do don’t ask for extra meat the rude workers will inform you that it can’t be done even though I’ve had it done before. The best possible scenario is to remove these garbage fast food joints from truck stops and actually let the drivers decide what we want to eat.

I used to come to the subway all the time I won’t be after tonight! It was quite busy and the lady that was working there was making people sandwiches and touching her hair with gloves on then touching the sandwich touching her clothes then touching the food and the boy that work there he was taking the cash and he touched my food with the same gloves he took my money with he had no problem changing the gloves when I said some thing but the female got quite smart and said we’re really busy we’re just trying to get our line down which I said there’s a certain way and protocol when you comes to making peoples food and she said if you don’t like you don’t have to come in here I told the lady you work in customer service man it’s just not healthy and clean to be touching your hair your clothes and then peoples food and she got smart with me won’t go back there ever again call

Around 0330 Tuesday afternoon I walked in to Pilot Travel Center and approached the Subway Counter. Noticed there was a line of 5 hungry truck drivers and 1 female customer. The subway employee (Kristi) was moving as fast as she could to make the subs right and to specified order. One of the drivers asked Kristi if she was alone she said “Yes”. She had been by herself for a while and she wasn’t letting anything break her spirit. As frustrating as the moment was she stayed calm through all 7 of us and didn’t complain once.. Kristi is the definition of a hard worker and great employee. If yiu get the chance to stop by Subway, ask for Kristi! Thank you Kristi for taking car of all of us by yourself all while maintaining a great attitude I will be back

Argued with our DoorDasher about filling up the drink. DoorDasher’s per Driver/Customer safety policies are not allowed to fill up the drinks. So now I don’t have a drink. My dasher mentioned the interaction seemed hostile/lacked integrity and compassion. Both are core values at Subway. Please discipline the associates involved.

$15.13 for a sub meal??! I’ve never paid so much for a sub in my life, now that I looked at all my other receipts I clearly was ripped off cause that same order turned out to be $12.54. I don’t know if the young lady just started working there but I asked for artisan bread and she grabbed the Italian herb & cheese. Didn’t want to fuss about cause I’m thinking gas prices are raising so why not the subs but no, I barely tasted turkey on the sub. Totally a waste of my money. Please train your employees a little better.

Telisa was the best ever! She made the sandwich so messy and delicious. She even gave us bowls and warned us about how messy it would be. The one thing I can’t stand is a “neat-looking” sub that lacks all the delicious veggies and sauces. It was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had and she was also super funny. I wasn’t expecting to come out of subway in a better mood but she made me and my husband’s day.

So, asked for a ham & egg as a salad. The worker told me she only had protein bowls. Seemed odd not to be offering salads, but in the end same difference. Obviously, I was trying to make a chef salad since this Pilot doesn’t sell them. She put my veggies in the bowl first, then the shredded cheese on top. After that she put the eggs and ham on top whole. I guess I have to chop the eggs and ham myself in the truck. How did she want me to eat that? Pilot doesn’t sell salads, McDonald’s doesn’t sell salads. Subway is my only option at this location for a salad.
