I was at the Subway last night (Wed, 8/31)
& if I could give ZERO Stars I would! Worst Subway EVER! ! There were 3 of us & we all had a taste for one of the new subs they have been advertising on TV. We were at Walmart 20 minutes before Subway closes. I asked for #3 The Monster #4 Supreme Meats also a Spicy Italian. First, the girl had NO clue what was on the new sandwiches. When I said the name & number, she asked what kind of meat we wanted on each one. The Spicy Italian confuses me because I love an Italian sub but this only has Salami & Pepperoni on it. After we told her the meat that came on the new subs, she then asks about toppings. She literally put 3 slices of Tomatoes & 4 pieces of Onion on the Supreme Meats. ON A WHOLE SUB! I used to eat Subway all the time but never from the store in Walmart. The #3 is basicly a cheesesteak with grilled peppers, onions, bacon & a sauce. I never got any peppers or onions. The subs were terrible, totally ruined the hype we had for subs. I’m including pics so you can see how little meat they had.

This location charged my 80 year old grandmother for a foot long but she got a 6inch. How does that even happen?! Corporate needs to audit this location ASAP

Used to be a good place to go to eat. But today I ordered a white bread foot long and the bread didn’t even looked baked that well. The guy didn’t even cut the sandwich in half and then wrapped it very poorly. I also asked for a strawberry lemonade but he gave me a regular lemonade and I asked if it was a strawberry lemonade and he just said “oh” and went back and put a couple of drops of the syrup in there and gave it to us. No “sorry” or “have a nice day”. I’m honestly very disappointed, it would honestly be a good place if employees tried to do their jobs better and act like they care. I understand if you make one mistake but to have the bread under baked, not cut, poorly wrapped, and my lemonade messed up with no “I’m sorry” or “have a nice day” is very unpleasant. Last time I went here I had asked for my sandwich to be cold and not warmed up because I just wanted the salami and cheese on there cold. Instead I think the lady thought I said “chipotle sauce” for some reason and started putting it on my sub. When I said that’s not what I asked for she was at least nice enough to make another and apologize and tell me to have a nice day. That’s what it should be like if you make a mistake in front of a customer, not just say “oh” like the boy had done.

The Subway franchise is usually a great choice until the encounter with this location. Visited the Subway within the Walmart on Guilford Drive a few weeks ago and left empty handed.
First, the 2 hispanic female workers gave me the impression they did not speak english well because ordering was so difficult but I did not hold that against them. Second, unfortunately when servicing the caucasian man after me both women seem to speak and understand english perfectly but still I didn’t get offended. Finally my food came out of the oven and the one female worker reverted back to not understanding what I was saying and when she called for the assistance from the other female worker, was the final chance for me. When the other female came to help she appeared from the back of the store and without hesitation she proceeded to handle my food with dirty gloves on her hands. Then I mentioned the food was no longer wanted because of the lack of following sanitary practices,,,,, both women became so offended. WHAT IN THE DISGUSTING BIAS BEHAVIOR IS GOING ON HERE.

I got a grilled chicken and it was disgusting. I bit into 3 fatty hard chicken pieces and couldn’t eat any more. There wasn’t much chicken to begin with. I gave a 2 because the order was correct and speedy.

Beware they don’t understand English. After asking several times and trying to point to get them to understand what I was saying…they ended up calling a manager on their cell phone and I had to tell him so that he could relay it to them in Spanish. It’s ridiculous! I was ordering pretzels. I just wanted to know when they were made and they couldn’t understand a word I was saying.

To be fair, almost all Subways attached to Walmarts are garbage. The employees are usually bad-tempered, third-world refugees that hate white people and give you the impression that it’s a tremendous burden on them just to open their mouth and ask you what you’d like to order. This piece of filth on Guilford is about that same level of low class. Personally, I think Subway has steadily gone down the tubes since their spokesman was exposed as a kiddy-fiddler.

If you’re going to work new hires for front register then maybe make sure they can speak English and can understand what the customer they are helping is ordering. If not it’s a mess and ur going to have customer’s getting frustrated and yeah I know you don’t care which Why this simple and easy fix won’t freaking happen.. Why am I explaining this to a corporate company. Just saying guys need people who actually clearly listen and understand.

I was here at 7:30 Pm on January 16th 2023. Way overcharged and missing some of my kids meal. It’s on me for not checking the receipt but you really shouldn’t have to worry about this. I just looked through the reviews and they have multiple one star ratings. Do not recommend. Hopefully something is done with this location soon.
