3 Aug 2024: Takes one person to come up with negative review. I asked the server (hispanic lady) for the receipt, she looked, ignored me, and walked away. She was in a bad mood to start while making my food. The other lady pick up the receipt from the trash for me.

Online order came back wrong went in to get it fixed with the receipt but the person behind the counter ( Hispanic lady) proceeded to make my sub wrong 3 times right in front of me trying to get done as fast as possible not caring what I ordered, on top of waiting 20 mins for my correct sandwich was not compensated nor apologized too

On Sunday, 6/4/23, I odered 6 footlongs online and picked up the order. All of them had hard bread. We had to heat them up in the microwave to make the bread soft. Could barely see that tuna was on those two subs – we thought they were veggie subs. Not to mention that warm tuna subs aren’t very tasty. Not worth the $60+ I spent.

What is the point of ordering online if they NEVER get it right. I have given them the benefit of the doubt but it never ends up correct. You ask for extra, you barely get any. You order a drink and they want to argue with you…check the receipt. I will order from a different Subway from now on

I usually have great service at this subway, but tonight I recieved very poor service. Tonight I was making my sub a meal and got a bottled drink, as I always do. They refused to make my sub a meal because they said you could only get a fountain drink for meals. I have never had anyone say that before. I looked up their menu when I left and it clearly states that you can substitute a bottled drink for a fountain drink.

picked up catered food for a friend and these guys had it ready to go when I showed up. Helped me carefully load everything into the back of a coupe and made sure it wouldn’t spill over. Friendly guys. The food is … very subway?
