I got here after placing my order 20 minutes ago to find one person working the counter and my food Hadn’t even been made yet. There was one person working attending only to the people in line not attending to people trying to pick up orders. This is very unacceptable customer service. I may not be back here. SAUCY DISASTER!!! This location definitely needs to be retrained on how to make a wrap. Then the girl just haphazardly squirted sauce all over.. just doing wht she wanted and not listening. Just plain sloppy and for sure didnt stay together while eating. Just threw the whole thing away. So much for lunch. Wht the hell. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered a 12″ inch cold sub, untoasted, for carryout. For all their ads of fresh baked rolls, mine certainly wasn’t one of them. It was stale and falling apart. I sent an email to Subway and the franchisee’s response was a “thanks for bringing it to our attention”. No offer whatsoever to compensate for a lousy sub they didn’t mind charging me for. I guess expecting a business to actually offer customer service is out of style. At least at this Subway location.

By far worst subway I’ve ever been to. Got to the store at 7:59. Waited for a whole 15 minutes and kept calling for someone as I saw the lady in the back flat out ignoring me. Sucks that this is the closest Subway in the area, I could’ve easily been a casual.

The food is fine, but every afternoon, the staff closes off the bathroom area with a display of potato chips. I asked about it once, and they said that they didn’t want to have to clean the bathrooms. I am pretty sure that this is illegal

Customer service was sub par. Had to ask for ingredients to be added after they were placed in only half of my sandwich. Employees seemed agitated and I was the only one in the shop. The kicker is…. they don’t accept coupons. It was brought to my attention that this location and the 7th street location do not accept coupons. The 7th street location is the WORST subway I have ever been to. I’ve tried 3 times and have had the WORST customer service. I am VERY disappointed in the owner of these locations.

Their time says 8am as opening, i got there at 8:20. The old lady at the door refused to open the store. I kept asking what time they open and she was mouthing the words “8am” . I said well its 8:20am. She ignored me and kept pressing what she was pressing on the computer.

I love eating here. The interior is beautiful, there’s great music, the staff is kind and quick, and they go out of their way to fulfill any special requests that I have. My sandwich ends up just the way I want It, and it’s always delicious.
