I walked into the subway 10 minutes before closing Today. I typically do not do this as I always try to be considerate to workers in the food industry, however, I finished a 12 hour shift with my work and didn’t have any food at home. I walk in and there’s only one employee there. She complains to me saying that they close in 10 minutes, but reluctantly decides to do her job. I asked for my sub toasted, and she had already turned off the oven. She proceeds to bring the oven back up to temperature with my sub inside and, and In so doing, burns my sub to a crisp. While my sub was in the oven, she had me pay for the sub so once the sub came out, blackened, I couldn’t even Refuse to take the sub and walk out. She makes a feeble attempt to chip away at the black bread and I just took the Sub and left. Overall, my experience was very poor, and will not be going to Subway again.

Been to this Subway for breakfast, lunch and dinner and its one of my favorite Subway locations that is conveniently located right down the street from my inlaws house. The food is always fast, fresh and correctly made. The people who work here are always polite and good at what they do. It is very clean as well and the employees wear their mask like they a supposed to. Thank you Subway for another good lunch.

Dirty when I walked in. Should have known to turn around. Associates friendly at least. Salad was weak. Chop what little ingredients added then threw chopped lettuce on top. Who does that? Mix it. And make a decent salad. Pressed for time so paid and left. Owner is trying to save money but losing customers in the process. Just look at the reviews. Skip it. Go elsewhere. First and Last for me.

Back in April, my wife and I visited to get lunch. During my visit, I ordered a footlong BMT. I was originally charged for a 6-inch and the cashier mentioned he made a mistake and attempted to correct it. I assumed he would reverse the charge and re-charge me but for a full sub. Instead he charged me for a second 6-inch BMT. I was then told that they could not process a refund and I would have to come back when a manager was available. Why should I have to take time out of my day to come back so they could fix their mistake?

I attempted 2 times to submit a complaint through the Subway website and both times, I received a response from the owner, Sanjay Patel. The first time, all he did was apologize and made no attempt to correct the overcharge. The second time, he asked for more information about the transaction, which I provided. Both times, he did not respond to any of my responses or follow-ups.

Terrible service from the owner of a franchise. If you go here and a mistake happens, do not expect it to ever be resolved.

Went there for dinner and my family complained everything was dry. I didn’t eat the food but did try to go back to get a refund for the uneven items and the employee stated there was no manager there and only the manager can do returns or refunds so that kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be going back. I did email the manager which was the only contact info on the receipt. For as much money as the sub cost. You would at least think it would be decent. Subway is really gone downhill.

The worst subway store that I’ve visited. The staff is not customer service savvy. They make it seem like you should be glad they’re giving you service.

I’ve been there only three times in 7 months and each time the food looks like it’s old and soggy. I told the staff that the food didn’t look fresh and she said that the cooler is not cooling effectively. I told them do they have fresher food in the back and she said “it’s all the same, it’s going to look soggy.”

I will NEVER go to this Subway again and risk food poisoning. This store should be closed and investigated. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Worst experience we’ve had here…
Usually it’s amazing and the employees are always so nice, we loved going here because the Walmart one isn’t that great and we’ve always had good service here. Recently though when I’ve tried to order I asked for extra cheese, extra egg. The girl asked if I wanted it toasted, I said no just warmed up please. Instead she put it in the toaster and ignored my requests and didn’t seem too friendly either.
I didn’t want to make her feel bad for accidentally putting it in the toaster because mistakes happen, maybe she misheard me. It came out fine and not too crispy so I just shrugged it off. The manager or whoever the other employee came up front, she told the girl the egg wasn’t fully cooked and still cold. I told her I wanted it just warmed up anyways so if she could please just put it in the microwave, I told her I don’t think the other girl heard me when I said that and that’s okay. She then told me that next time just tell the girl to put the egg and cheese in the toaster and the bread in the microwave… which didn’t make sense. I’m supposed to tell her how she’s supposed to warm it up? Im supposed to tell her how to do her job?
The whole time the other girl just didn’t seem too friendly.. the manager / other employee was nice besides the fact she told me I need to tell their employees how to do their job.
The egg ended up making me feel sick and nauseous after and has been for the past couple of visits. Not sure that we will be back here…

Keep taking down my review. I want people to know that the health department will be visiting them. Is not only terrible service but also bad customer service. And they throw your food and vegetables like they don’t want to do there job. Co workers using the same gloves while she opens the door for another worker and then comes back and uses it on our food. If I wasn’t such in a hurry I would of blow up in that heffa face..I hate dealing with people that think customers owed them something
