Ordered a Footlong Monster steak sub, the lady made some sort of ham and cheese sandwich. When I questioned her, she got visibly irritated. Then the other worker had to make our correct subs. Skimped on the meat too.

I couldn’t believe the excessive prices, lack of selection, and rude service. $18 for a foot-long, two Gatorades and a tiny bag of chips?! You’ve got to be kidding! They only had one flavor of chips of any kind and no fountain drinks. When we complained, an employee was very rude and made an inappropriate negative comment about, “you Americans…” Seriously? I’ll drive a few miles to Wawa before going to this place again.

I go there almost everyday for lunch. The hispanic ladies are quick and great costumer service. But there’s one new employee, who does not speak spanish, looks middle eastern, is awful! She is always on her phone while other employees are working. She does not wear her mask properly, only wears it under her chin, and never greets people. Today was not an exception, she was not wearing her mask and she was on the phone the entire time I was there.

Absolutely horrible working conditions. It was 88 degrees inside of this restaurant today around 2:30 pm which makes me question the safety of the temperature of the food being served. The poor staff had sweat rolling off of them and one informed me that their HVAC was out. This would be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the two men who were working. This is the first time I’ve enjoyed interacting with the staff at this location. Despite the work conditions, they were very pleasant and made my experience enjoyable.

If I have the opportunity I would probably rate it a 0. The lady who was attending people she was outside on the phone. I walk in to subway and she walks in after me on the phone. We rinses her hands with water not soap and puts her gloves on. You would think she would stop talking on the phone, she didnt!! She kept moving her phone and grabbing her phone as we went across the line. I can’t believe she would do something like that. With that nasty hand she touch all the produce that went in to my sandwich. Upright disgusting. They should shut down!

So I was at this location today, and the girl taking the order is wearing headphones. She asked me 3 times to repeat the cheese I wanted, then still grabbed the wrong one. The flatbread was frozen, and seemed like an inconvenience. Finally, after the person in front of me left, the girl on the headphones talked negitively about them. Hopefully management will address these issues.

Hours say til 730 on Sunday. Got there at 6:55. Open sign was still on. I tried to open the door- the door was locked and the employees turned the open sign off right in front of me…if youre closing early it’s one thing. It’s another to be rude about it

I requested to use the bathroom prior to ordering. The subway employee stated, “We do not have public bathrooms.” I responded that I could see the sign on the bathroom door stated, “For customers only.” Subway employees maintained that their restroom was unavailable. The entire time the two ladies behind the counter were talking with a man that appeared to be visiting with them.

Me and a coworker stopped by to grab some food. Once my order was complete I left leaving coworker inside. Walking in as I walked out was who I became to know as the unofficial bouncer of this subway location. Bouncer locked the door to the building behind him locking my coworker in. As I sat in my truck about to eat my “freshly” prepared sub I watched two cars with a total of five people try to enter to which bouncer guy unlocked the door (letting coworker out in the process) to explain to these five customers that they can’t come in yet cause the girl working was all alone and they’d have to wait (bouncer was only customer in there). As I waited gleefuly watching another three people get turned away I started to eat my food. My God I wish I hadn’t. I don’t know if it was the lettuce or the sandwich artists hair that made it taste sour but it was God awful. That’s when I realized the joke was on me. I don’t know why no one else was aloud to enter the building behind me, coworker, or bouncer dude but the whole situation was sketchy AF. I’d have to say that next to the whole Jared Fogle debacle, this subway location has got to be the second worse thing the franchise has their name attached to. Shut it TF down!!!

The girls completely ignored the customer start from entrance. Obviously bothered by the customer entrerupting their conversation. They kept talking personal conversations while the order was in process. After payment, they kept talking, completely ignore the person in front of them as a customer. Very impolite.
