Ordered this chipotle Philly cheesesteak with no onions.
1.) portion size is terrible. No meat, all sauce and toppings i didn’t ask for.

This is my local neighborhood Subway. The only thing that gets me is the workers have a language barrier, so, you have to repeat and point at what u want most the time. But, once you get past that, they will hook your sub up!

I have order from this subway online about 5 times now and every-time I do they never have it ready not even prepared. I wait at least 15 mins before I go pick up and even then I get inside and have to wait another 15 just for them to make my order. When I go into the store it is completely empty so I don’t see how it’s not ready.

Uummmmm not sure how my sandwich was still very dry with added extra mayo, garlic aioli, oil & vinegar. ♀️ I ordered a 6″ turkey sandwich, add roast beef & a bag of chips. Yet was charged for roast beef, add turkey. (Yes there’s a difference.) With all the toppings, condiments, and seasonings, sandwich just was not good as expected & not worth almost $13. Overcharge much?!

Tried out one of the new wraps last night. Something in the sandwich tasted horrible. It tasted like dawn or pinesol. Some sort of cleaning supply. Horrible. After the second bite I was done. Rinse your serving bowls and counter tops thoroughly!!! Because I know for a FACT what I tasted was a soapy cleaning substance! Yuck

I wish I could give ZERO stars! My daughter wanted to try the foot long cookie so we stopped at this location. I’ve been there several times and have never experienced such bad customer service! I’m not sure if the person is one of the owners or just an employee, but he was a tall slender older guy with his head wrapped in a turban. As soon as I walked in he started yelling no bathroom no bathroom! I was confused because I came in to buy cookies, I said sir what makes you think I’m looking for the bathroom, I actually came in to buy cookies. So he starts lining up the tables to block off the bathroom! By then I had had enough and decided to got to McDonald’s. While in McDonald’s I saw another customer who was in subway while I was there, I asked her what happened and she said this same gentleman was rude so she took her business elsewhere! I will NEVER spend my money there again because clearly they have an issue with brown ppl!
