I try not to complain about service because I hated working in customer service but I also quit because of that and moved to another job where I only work with my coworkers. Came in today, told the lady I was using the bathroom and then gonna order. She didn’t give me the key at first so I assumed someone was in there. Then while ordering I felt like I was bothering her any time I asked for something or told her I didn’t want something. Didn’t ask me if I wanted it toasted just did it anyway (I hate toasted bread it’s hard and crunchy) she also put bbq sauce on a honey mustard chicken sandwich, thankfully it was still good.

I visited this Subway location with my girlfriend today, and unfortunately, we had a really disappointing experience. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and the staff had a noticeably bad attitude from the moment we walked in. They were passive-aggressive while making our food, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable.
We understand it was close to closing time, but that’s no excuse for poor service. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, especially as paying customers. We left feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. Definitely not the kind of experience we expect from Subway.

I stopped here today to pick up lunch/dinner and was pleasantly surprised by receiving excellent customer service even while the manager was training his staff! I was addressed by name when I walked in for my online order and was checked out warm smile from the cashier. Great experience all around. I’ll definitely go back.

I think there are a new owners that have taken over my son and I always used to go in there before pandemic and now we started coming back. I asked for a Subway club they give me a turkey club had to take it back and get the right club. My son went and asked for a Subway club they gave him turkey club but he stopped them before they rang him up. For some reason the young ladies aren’t listening to orders properly. I miss the old staff but for covid they never got it wrong. Having to go all the way home and come back to get the right sandwich is unheard of I don’t think they understand how much gas prices are right now please do better
